So in Kamen Rider Den-O (the video you saw was actually Decade but that's another story) each form has their own catchphrase and pose... And there's like 5 different Imagins (<--monsters in the series) that possess the main character so they all have their own pose + catchphrase

Yeah so in the video the Dude with stripes said something along the lines of I'm gonna test out my new powers and the cards (which you probably heard said Attack ride) ended up being a pose so the dude was kinda pissed about that. (subbed--->o_o starts at like 2:07)

So yeah I've been watching the series for awhile and the poses kinda came up alot.
