The Experiment (taken and stuff)

[Kiara Silverwolf]

"Fine... We're watching Chocolat then" She replied quietly, pulling a dvd case off the shelf and getting the disc out, putting it in the player and starting the movie. She curled up on the couch with a blank that was big enough for two, and watched the opening of the movie.  

[otawara]

Nick shivered a bit, looking over to her. "Wanna share that?" he asked, curling into a ball to keep heat in.  

[Kiara Silverwolf]

Kiara frowned, but nodded. She tossed the other half of the blanket over Nick. She didn't want him to freeze to death, was what her mind said, but that beating thing inside her chest said otherwise.

She glanced over at Nick every now and then during the movie, but she said nothing to him, maybe she was too shy to.  

[otawara]

Every now and then, Nick moved a little closer to grab a little more warmth. By the middle of the movie his hand accidentally bumped into her's. He withdrew it quickly with a slight blush. "Sorry...."  

[Kiara Silverwolf]

She had noticed him moving closer throughout the movie, but she'd made no comments about it. How could she? It seemed like he only wanted warmth, so why deny it to him. She passed him a little more blanket, and was surprised when his hand bumped into hers for a split second.

He withdrew immediately, and she jumped, not expecting it. She heard apologize, or she thought she did anyways... Kiara was too busy trying to do anything to keep from paying attention to him... She didn't want to encourage him to do anything else... "It's ok..." She said quietly, blushing a little as well.  

[otawara]

Nick moved a little closer. This time his hand met her's but he didn't withdraw it to see her reaction. He shut one eye and looked at her through the other, preparing for the worst.  

[Kiara Silverwolf]

Kiara froze for a moment when she felt his hand touch hers again. This time he wasn't pulling away... And neither, apparently, was she. She avoided looking at him and instead stared at the movie, though not really watching it. "This is a good movie" She commented after a moment of silence.  

[otawara]

"Yes.... it is..." he said, not paying attention. He decided to go a little farther. He wrapped his fingers around her hand warmly and carefully, now preparing for hell.  

[Kiara Silverwolf]

This time she turned where she sat and looked at him, almost face to face with the guy she hated from first sight. "What do you think your doing?" She asked, though she didn't pull her hand away.  

[otawara]

When she turned her head her hair was wild again, just like last time. "Nothing.... nothing... at all....." he said, moving in and kissing her. He was enjoying this to a certain level, but it was being heavily monitored by his 'Kill dar'  

[Kiara Silverwolf]

Her eyes widened first with shock, then with anger, and then with surprise. First because she hadn't expected him to pull a stunt like that, second because she was supposed to hate him, and then because she had liked it.

"That definitely is not nothing!" She said, trying to be angry with him... Trying, and failing.  

[otawara]

"I hate you...." Nick said, kissing her again. "I came here to get away from you..." he said as he broke off.  

[Kiara Silverwolf]

She didn't move off the couch like she knew she should have. Instead, she accepted the kisses. "I hate you too.." She said after he had broken the kiss to say he had come here to get away from her.  

[otawara]

"I can't stand being near you..." he said, kissing her again. He wrapped his arms around her ironically pulling her close.

She broke away from that kiss and whispered, "I want to hide whenever you walk in the room" Before pressingher lips to him again. She was angry with him... Right?
