I change mine a lot, usually about once a week, but often try the same looks again.
I guess I try to make her look pretty, because in real life i don't think i am. I give her styles I wouldn't usually flaunt in real life, like i never wear dresses or girly stuff. Sometimes i make her sexy, sometimes girly, sometimes gothic, whatever I feel like.
She's like the way I want to be seen, but aren't.
It's great to be able to be anyone I want to be, instead of who I am.
