Dry has another meaning than "un-wet". It's other meaning = boring.

The teacher wants us to understand the theory instead of the actual formulas and math in the material, but a lot of material relates to formulas out of this world and show how it got all these numbers and relate that to theory, which is all just... boring. My eyes just glaze over when I try to read it, but I have to go back and read it again because I find that I haven't understood what I've just read. >.>

My English teacher said that the only way to get better at "English" is to read, read and read. =0

I guess it is true, but also depends on the material. If you read science textbooks then overtime you'd be familiar with all those science terms you otherwise wouldn't even read of in fiction novels.

I liked language textbooks. If you learn another language, then chances are you'd be reading articles that have stories and such. x3

Of the Twilight Zone Episode where this guy loves books, has glasses, and works at a bank. He goes down to the vaults, everything shakes, he goes unconscious. He wakes up to find he survived a bomb or something, everything is all destroyed like, finds food to last him for his life, and finds books at the library to last for his life. Then as hes about to start reading and enjoy, his glasses fall and break into pieces...

I'm not a big fan of those shows. I like watching cartoons, but not those types. xD

Peter annoys me. Especially his chin. xd The show is a lot like The Simpsons, if you think about it. I like watching the Simpsons' beginning, where each time they sit on the couch in a different way x3
