well i forget to put in yesterday but I went roller skating for 2 hours smile

yesterday food was green beans, bagel, oj, chiken parm, turkey spagitti sause, cheese, spinish

Wow one week and not putting anything in here

I have noticed I get a bit off track if I dont do this so I shall make sure to not forget often.

well I havent been good with food since weve been having bunches of ST pattys days stuff.

Yesterday I played rollor lacross and tennis 1 hour each and today I marched with sousa for at least 2 miles.

Well clearly I didn't make my goal for April as I didnt get below 140 as I am only 144 Oh well maybe get below 140 by the 18th which is when I leave for Italy.

I have started with my walking/ jogging buddy more which has encourged me to keep more or I think I make him go longer razz . He is my 140lbs dog Rocky who like his owner is a bit overweight for a Rottweiler. I am thinking about entering him into a Biggest Loser for Dogs in my area in which he and I will work to lose weight.

Random Exerice Entry

Well today we were weighted in gym and I weighted 144lbs. And everyone knows those things are soooo wrong so its all good. Im leaving for Italy Friday. I was realllyyyyy hoping to get under 140 but I dont think thats going to happen not a chance def with
. .... too bad....

Well Ive been playing tennis like super crazy and road bikes for like 5 miles on saturday and gesh it was long its alot harder than my stationary bike... probably since where I live is ALL hills so yea but it was fun. smile

Well probably not going to write again till after I get back from Italy...

Im going to keep count of how far we will walk the whole time smile
