Yup, and tail, if you look closer.
(Did you notice their Belt Buckles?)

I know, many of my favourites is really not ok in tournament play, but as i may have mentioned, i do my minis mainly for fun and/or my own game(s).
I strongly dislike the idea of fielding them as Chaos, and since i see them as "truly good" i even slightly dislike fielding them as Space Marines ......

(At best, they might be accepted as an obscure founding somewhere.)

You might want to thin your paints a bit next time and apply bright colours such as yellow and red in several thin layers, it would help with consistency of the colour.

I think you broke his mind. He's very much a strict puritan when it comes down to the hobby.

I assume you mean the distinct 40K hobby, then.
Well, i think that 40K has lost its roots, like the Original Rouge trader, and the fact that Games Workshop used to make things for other games than their own....

But it has gone too manyposts here without any conversion info, so here comes something originally inspired by another old idea i had:
Genestealer Hybrid Mechanic, in selfmade(well, maybe not) Armor.

(Chaos)Space Marine Legs
Plastic "Hormagaunt"(the ones with Blades) Right Arm
Extra Gaunt Blade
Plastic "Termagaunt" Left Arm
Genestealer Head
Devourer(Weapon)
Adrenal Gland
Tau Stealth Suit Body (Parts)

* Cut off the "Horm" hand with its Blade, and reposition it roughly 180* rotated.
* Then add the "Extra Blade", so it looks a bit like bent scissorblades.
* The Suit Body is not to have the "Eye sensors" added, 'cause...
* Now, chop and carve away at the Genestealer Head, and the Stealth Suit's "eye socket", until you can fit the G's face into the socket.
* Now, the hard to explain part:
The "Adrenal Gland-Powered Mini Devourer" .......
Think like this:
Left arm - Adrenal Gland - 1/3(or less) pointy part of the Devourer.
* Once you got that together, assemble the parts.

Thus far i haven't painted it, but i think i'll add it to "those to soon be photographed" anyway.

If by roots you mean xeno-loving crap where marines can be furries then I guess we should be glad that those days are over. I'd love to see more titty marines but then they'd all look really ugly and butchy.

I jumped out of the hobby at the right time.

Titty Marines?
Do you mean the Sisters of Balltle?

No, real actual female marines. Those used to exist, but not any more.

And what do you mean by "Chaos Marines"?

And Kaori:
I have VERY old catalouges, the first ones, from GW.
No Female Marines there!

A few (2 or 3) Female Imperial guard, though. .......

Your sources, please?

I think the first is in the Old Catalogue, but i never counted it as "Female".

The second i really think is a conversion!
Or made by an official sculptor, but under my entire time with 40K miniatures(since Rouge Trader), i've never seen it.

As far as i know, "Female Space Marines" has Always been Conversions!

Maybe some old co-worker at GW can prove me wrong, ... that is, if i am wrong.

Nope. The original was in a GW catalogue but, after the first run of the models, GW started calling them Female Adventurers in Power Armor, or something to that effect. The second is made by someone who likely has no connection to Games Workshop and just has a flair for making badass models.

Also, the model that they're referring to as a CSM is the model in the second row of that group shot with the white armor and what appears to be a mechandrite harness on his back.
