The quaffle was nearly immediately stolen back, so Milan turned back to Mason. He wiped his eyes on his sleeve, hoping to clear some of the sweat from his brow. He reached out once more, hoping his success with steals continued.

Lewis was having to wonder what was going on. It was mostly a battle of steals, with issues at the goals. Though now Cap'n seemed to be struggling with steals too. Mason tossed back to Ron, Milan failed to swipe it from the air, Lewis decided to take his dad's advice and do his best to play backup. If he could steal, maybe Cap'n would have another chance to score? Or... maybe he should keep it until Cap'n was back on his regular groove.

Ron had held his breath when Milan took his shot, and was relieved when Benjamin fielded the Quaffle with ease. If the Eagles had gone up two scores on them, he wasn't sure the Badgers could make up the difference as good a day as Milan was having. Thankfully, Mason was having better luck advancing the Quaffle on this drive, and passed the ball to him. Ron lined up and launched a shot at the Ravenclaw goals...

He had even gained enough speed to fly past Nora, who also continued after the little golden orb.
