*She watches the woman cross herself, fingering her rosary. She floats across the room, fogging the mirror again. She writes Palmira's name, and each of the childrens' names. Then she floats back, again brushing her cool fingers lightly across Palmira's face. Slipping behind Palmira, she uses one of her small mirrors, taking a photo she'd borrowed of the family during happier times and causes the image to reflect against the fogged mirror.*

*Palmira Pavani once again crosses herself and finally speaks as she views the image in the mirror. She exclaims in Italian inquiring what Marco (the spirit of her late husband) wants to communicate to her.* Che cosa è voi desidera dirmi, Marco? neutral

If is locked, you can no get in. Risk is high, so... *He glances at her again, noting her concern with the others. Concern because she cares or concern because they are of value? It is a key difference between them. His childhood destroyed any concern for anyone unless they could do something for him.* We will plan these action. Now these woman has something she want from these men. She would no fix them otherwise. They will be safe, for now. But must get message to them soon. Can be delivered by Lil. Do you men know Lil? *He wonders if Icy is aware of Brat's nature.*

*She slips the mirror away quickly and the image of the family fades. Changing out pictures, she slips the next picture in place, a image of Officer Dougherty clearly in the act of protecting Psyzapp. She waits only a moment, then the picture disappears. Her fingers lightly brush the rosary in Palmira's fingers. Forgiveness, she needs to try to remember the Italian word for it so she can put it on the mirror.*

*She tries to remember the word without luck, but she does remember the Patron Saint of Forgiveness. She slips over to the mirror, fogging it again, Saint Stevens name appearing next. Not overly familiar with Catholic religion, she does know some and forgiveness tends to rank near the top in Christian religions.*  

[Icy Reign]

*she looked at him hard and long, hoping that the next words out his mouth weren't "forget them". When she sees him watching her reactions, she looks him dead in the eye letting him know leaving them was not an option. As he spoke his next words, she relaxed a bit, nodding when he said L wanted them for a reason, so they were indeed safe for now. Sighing, she can't recall any of her men meeting Brat, but then she rethinks that and remembers the Grand Opening*

Wait, yes. YES! They do know her, well they've seen her. She was at the Grand Opening of the expansion for the bar and they were on security detail that night. Stubbs and Horne stood at the doors while Flame watched over the party from afar. She's one you can't miss when she enters a room. I'm quite sure they'll remember seeing her....but, wait. How will Bratty be ab- stressed Nevermind. I'd almost forgotten her "special" half.

*She sits straight up in her seat when she sees the image of her daughter being shielded by a man…a man with dark hair and mustache she doesn't recognize. She then sees the name of a Saint and it dawns on her. This man in the image must be protecting her only daughter. She becomes excited and inquires as to who the man is in the image she was shown.*

*Knowing she needs to proceed with caution, she writes Paitrina's name and below it she writes l`amo. A moment later, she fogs the mirror over again and writes in Saint Barbara Statuette, The Patron Saint of Protection from Harm. Slipping away from the mirror, she returns to stand behind Palmira, again flashing the image of Dougherty protecting Psy.*

*The tall blonde winks then.* She have "special" quality, true. *His lips turn down.* No that she work for anyone. *Ivan had been pleasantly surprised when Ghost decided to play his game, but Brat, she was another story. Ghost wasn't one to give up information and Brat was something of an unknown. He did know she very rarely stepped in to the mix and she never "worked" for anyone. He looks at Icy again, scrutinizing her as they continue walking. Who is she and what did L want with her? Why would the secretive Brat be involved?* Come, we go. Is many eyes here. *He takes a turn in to a shop, ready to be moving quickly. They've been out in the streets too long and now both will have to be hidden away.*

*Palmira Pavani sits on the edge of her seat and places both hands on her dresser table watching the mirror intently. She understands how Marco loved his daughter and would do anything to protect her just as he would protect his family. She stands straight up, seeing the name of another Saint…the Patron Saint of Protection from Harm. Lastly she looks closer at the image of the man with the dark hair and mustache protecting her daughter and now sees he wears a police badge with his suit.* eek Amore? *A huge smile spreads across her face and she kisses her rosary.*

*smirks at Brat not working for anyone and speaks while looking casually around*

You keep staring at me like that and I'll start to think you have x-ray vision.

*nods and follows his lead, realizing that they indeed had been out in the public eye for too long*

*Watching Palmira intently, she nearly collapses with relief when the woman finally smiles. The images slowly fade from the mirror as it warms and the fog clears. She very carefully moves the image of a smiling, happy Psyzapp in to the mirror. She lets it stay for only a moment then it disappears. She brushes her fingers gently across Palmira's face again. There is something about this woman she admires. She has a final gift, one that Psyzapp had not asked for, but one she felt Palmira deserved. Fogging the mirror again, she traces a note of love from Marco. It is the least she can do and she hopes it will make up for the pain she has caused this strong lady.*
