IX Red Panda XI Hurrak No probs~ I saw your post in the bloodline forum. I'm not a mod so I can't really do much except offer you some words. Your enthusiasm for wanting to implement a new bloodline/clan is great, but i'm afraid they're not looking for new custom bloodlines at the moment. You'll have to pick from what the guild has all ready. Now, I'm gonna' split before the mods decide to poke at me for giving you a nudge in the other direction! XD ; - ; I think.. I then misunderstood then... ill take down my post. I'm more into creating my own ideas... I think I got out of hand... ill edit...
Happens. A lot of new peeps ask the same question about custom bloodlines. Besides, that particular thread appears to be for more trying to "prove" your capable of playing your choice of bloodline (from the lists), should you choose one! |

Aw. I'm sorry to hear that you may leave.
If it's any consolation, I had to build a new character from the ground up on my first entry! She's a puppeteer specialist.
My pre-existing characters would have to be modified too, but I wanted to try something new.
I'm sure you can manage. You may like what you turn out? |

BlackJack1995 Does everyone's posts look weird to anyone else too? Bunch of random letters and numbers and symbols all over every post! It's freaking weird.
According to the Announcements, they were updating the BB Code of the guilds and journals, which caused a problem. It might be fixed now, though, oddly, spacing seems off...correction! Do not edit anything! Code will get blubbed up! Also, Disturbed! Long time no see!
As for Venom, the way we handled it with the aforementioned spider is that either A. if it's a large creature, it loses the toxicity of its venom, or B. the venom becomes a "natural" ability, one that requires training to utilize, with a sort of "formless" process of venom. We would need to discuss with you how the creature's toxins would work in this guild, because despite reality we still need to keep everything fairly balanced, but it wouldn't be impossible at all!
If ya ever have questions, just quote me, and I'll respond here to answer. To further explain why we don't allow custom bloodlines for the most part is to avoid tons, and tons, of bloodlines being made with only one person to play in mind. We have quite an extensive list as it is, and people don't honestly use them enough. Our hope is to fix what we have, and allow people to fill those slots, first. If necessary, we will put up new Bloodline Contests for custom creation, and that is, in fact, how we have the ones in our lists already. Eventually, we will have these again, but as we are doing an overhaul on alot of systems to make things make more sense, it's not quite high on our priority list. Still, always talk to me about it, as I might be able to offer an alternative method to give you access to what you're looking for. It's one of my personal specialties, just ask anyone!

Oh I already knew why you didn't let customs in. Honestly I was hoping to just be relatable and get panda to stay in the guild. To be honest though I would consider bringing the issue up with the crew. Maybe not to have customs free opened if that isn't what you guys want that bad, but at least to come up an alternative or make it know to new members right away that there is at least a small chance that they will get an opportunity to add their ideas into the guild once we get to that recruiting stage. We already lost one member to it and to be honest if I didn't have a friend in the guild I would have lost interest before I even put in the effort to make my current character. I love the guild now though (ง `ω´)۶ |
