*takes her hand and struggles to pull himself off the floor. Once on his feet, he has to hold onto the counter to keep balanced, especially with the pounding in his head intensifying for a moment as his body adjusts to different position*
I'll be around until enough of this alcohol is out of the system for the other guy to kickstart it again. I think he might technically be dead right now. confused Seems I get to have the body when he overdoses on something at least...

*clings to the edge of the counter as he makes his way around it and takes a seat on one of the stools, eyeing the shot glass in front of him. He picks it up with his shaky hand and takes a whiff of the contents, the alcohol fumes hitting him hard as he does so*

I never thought there would come a time in my life in which alcohol would be good for me emotion_facepalm

*eyes the shot again warily and picks it up*

*downs his shot and immediately starts hacking at the burn it gives, eyes watering*

I'm not sure "invigorating" is the word I would have chosen stare

To be honest, aside from a few flashes here and there, I don't really remember a whole lot outside of the past couple of weeks. This guy doesn't have much regard for long term memory emotion_facepalm

*feeling a bit apprehensive about coming to the bar since she was never quite sure who or what would be waiting for on the other side, but from the few experiences she had, she would be willing to take a gamble on it.*

*she began chanting a recall spell that would connect her to the bar directly with a portal* Daalzeimus *It was always such an odd sensation. Somewhat like the world rotating itself to put her in the correct spot, she closed her eyes and barely a moment later she was standing in the bar and the glowing blue crystals that were floating around her flowed upward and began to fade*

*she began humming to herself and went behind the bar to grab herself a can of Dr. Pepper from the fridge when she noticed that there were other people here already and she froze in her spot, her finger on the tab of the can just ready to open it*

Well, from the things I -can- remember from being in the back seat, I've gathered his mind works in a rather child-like manner... or maybe more like animalistic. He might be interested in one thing, but is easily distracted by shiny things emotion_eyebrow The whole rock band thing is just his latest shiny thing.... gets a lot of a** for it too stare

*pounds his fist on the bar*

*immediately winces and holds his head, the throbbing intensifying a moment from his own yelling stressed He barely catches hearing Leko say something and looks up to ask she said, only to find a dark elf standing on the other side of the counter*

*picks up the RN device and stares at it for a moment*

*she looks up at the woman who looks like she might have fit in perfectly on a plane of Oblivion* I-I'm Kaori. I'm so totally just borrowing this can. I never portal in here and do it all the time during times I think no one is here...*She hears a loud bang and unintentionally confesses her crimes out of panic* I'm sorry! I only meant to do it once, but they don't have anything like this where I come from so I started craving it and then before I knew it I was coming in here nearly every day to get some. cat_crying
