It was time. This time, he was determined not to throw like crap. He adjusted the quaffle, then pitched for the middle goal, hoping he could get it past the keeper once more. He shuffled a bit with a frown, his left hand moving to rub his righthand side. The muscles in his ribs were already aching and he hadn't even taken a hit.

AAAAAAAAAAGH! oh, man, that mistime on her hit caused the bludger to slam into her arm, rather than the bat. Tears sprang to her blue eyes, and she knew she wasn't going to be able to hit as hard. But, now her adrenaline was pumping, and she was determined to play on. With a deep breath, Yarrick took aim, hoping to hit Flick again.

Mason groaned when his pass to Ronald was intercepted by Milan. Luckily, Galen was able to steal it back and actually pass it to Ron, but that didn't last long as Milan stole it back and made his way to the goalposts to try and score. Mason cheered as his brother had managed to block the shot, and took off with the quaffle in the opposite direction when he passed it to him.

"Damnit." He whispered under his breath at the terrible, terrible shot he'd made was effortlessly blocked. He huffed a heavy breath, then took off after Mason once the ball was in his possession. If nothing else, he'd handle steals and just pass to teammates before the goals. Something was very off tonight. He reached out a hand, hoping to steal the quaffle.
