Edward walked out of the pokemon center with Chimchars pokeball of his belt and Gible at his side.

"Alright Sal, just like we practiced," Vic said. The two were in a field nearby the pokemon center. "Focus. Pretend there is an opponent right in-front of you. Now, use dragon breath!"
Sal opened his mouth and breathed out. All that came out was bad breath. "Bag,(aw man,)" Sal said discouraged.
"Don't sweat it," Vic said, patting the bagon on the back. "Maybe we just need a real opponent for you to battle." Vic then looked up and saw Edward and Gible walking away from the pokemon center. "Hey!" Vic called, "You're name was Edward right? Do you want to battle?"
