XAyame_HatakeX Actually to be honest Suna is the most active village in the guild. We have the most Sannin/sages and our Rp characters end up gaining rank faster than any other village. Key word there being gained. We have loads of fun seriously Yoko comes up with some pretty rad missions and is a nut. (Wow I did not just say rad sweatdrop ) Ergo pops into the academy at random intervals and is also a nut. But in Suna you're treated as an individual unlike in Konoha where you are either Uchiha or Senju or nothing, but you also become a part of the family I guess. But, if you want Konoha go ahead I would actually recommend Suna, not just because I'm in it, but because we have the most active village. Also there is the fact we have some pretty awesome people in there who just make it fun.

I already have my first two characters set in mind,
on how I want them created and what village I want them to be in.
I'm not really concerned about ranking up or "being powerful", unless my character desires it, or something in the role play drives them to strive for such thing.
Hopefully my RPC being an Uchiha won't cause any problems within the village, but I'm sure Konoha is not that... how would you say it... "racist", I guess? > n <;;
I do however like the "fun and friendly" aspect of the village, so I will make a third RPC for that village, once I am able to. ^^
