maybe if you stay in konoha I could ask the new hokage to appoint either a jounin, Anbu, Oinin or an already konnin to become the Root Captain or something

To both of you we are quite active. The only reason why it doesn't seem so in the village is because we get sent on a lot of missions which means more AC and Ryo which is why so many of us are jonin and above. Lasuro if you don't want to it's fine I personally would just like to see more people there. Kitsune since you're a free agent.......well yea

if you guys want your more than welcome to use my puppet junk from nindo. cannibalize it and use what you see fit. i'd have to think of an original twist. i've done so many over the years.
