Hey! I haven't tried to take over/destroy the world in a while! I've just been watching TV and listening to caramelldansen now and then.

Pfft. If only. I just haven't had the energy to do anything with my massive lack of sleep.

Not really. This is a result of several months of little to no sleep. At some point my body will eventually shut down. Like last night. I got some sleep! And now it will start over again. Which means I'll be perfectly fine for a good while.

By the way, what have you been doing in the last couple of months that resulted in lack of sleep?

Nothing more than the usual stuff. My insomnia just randomly decided to get worse.

Blech, I've been staying up till 3 am recently.
I must fix my sleep schedule.

I just read an article about sleep today. It suggested cutting off caffeine and alcohol drinks, exercising and eating healthy.

I wouldn't be surprised if I'm addicted to caffeine, and I don't drink very much alcohol. Once a month is pushing it for me. So, while alcohol isn't a problem, caffeine is. Of course, the energizing effects of caffeine I've become immune to.
