Lucca kissed the demon's deeply, but after a while he parted the kiss and looked at him with a devilish grin "How about you and me going to the opera house?...All alone..." He said bitting his lower lip softly and drawing circles in Ryzil's chest

Kyoshi smiled at Lan with complete indifference. "Why yes! I like to keep a bright ooutlook on life." Then he said, "I'm not really an angel of anything. I haven't reached my age of maturity yet, so I have no power to choose right now. I'll just have to wait I guess!" The smile on Kyoshi's face did not falter for a second.
"Err..." Kane wondered if Lan felt any sort of embarassment or awkwardness being so affectionate infront of Kane's cousin whom neither of them knew very well. "So, um....Kyoshi, where would you like to go?"

"Yeah" Lan said as he tilted his head. "Why did you come down here?" he kept his head on Kane's shoulder and he nuzzled him.

"Well," Kyoshi began, "I asked Kane if I could come because I had never met him before but we are family, and I've never been to Earth before so I wanted to see it. Then Kane wrote back and told me that I could come. Why are you to down here anyway and not in your houses?" He looked from Lan to Kane with a courious look.
Dropping his gaze to the ground, Kane struggled, "Well, I...my parents...."

"-He's staying with me for a few days. You just needed to get away for a few days, right Kane?" he said to Kane, making sure he got the subtle hint. Then he turned his gaze to Kyoshi. "He comes down here to visit me once in a while because....Well, you can probably see why" he said giving a little grin.

With a smile, Kysoshi said, "Why yes. It's wonderful that you have such a good friend, Kane. I too feel the need to get away and think for a few days myself. That's another reason why I wanted to come. I thought maybe taking a nice trip would refresh me. Do you have a spring around here? Or maybe some kind of park?"
With a sigh of relief and a hug for Lan, Kane said to Kyoshi with a disappointed smile, "I'm sorry, but we don't have anything liuke that. We live in a concrete jungle here. It's very rare that you find any kind of nature other than the cold, heat, and rain."

"Yeah it is kind of sad. But you get used to it." Lan said with a little grin. A thought passed through his head and he decided he would ask Kyoshi. A little hesitant, he began "Say, Kyoshi: What kind of relationships are you allowed to have in heaven. And with....who?" he asked awaiting an answer

"Huh?" At first Kyoshi just looked at Lan with a question, then he tried, "Well, you must honor your elders, respect your friends, never strike in attack only in defense, you must scorn the wicked and praise the virtuate, you must respect the wise, care for the inabled," Kyoshi went on with social relationship rules as set by the people of heaven, but never mentioned anything more personal.

"Uhm..." Lan said, knowing that Kyoshi did not understand him. "I meant, what kind of romantic relationships are allowed and with who?" he asked hoping he would get the question.

"Ah!" Kyoshi exclaimed, gald that he finally understood what the cat-person wanted. "Well, you are only allowed to have romantic relationships with adult angels. That's about it." Kyoshi did not know that he still had not answered the question, but he seemed fairly content with his answer.

"Sorry, but I don't think you understand" Lan said with a sympathetic but annoyed smile. "Can you have lovers? Like a boyfriend or girlfriend?" Lan asked. He blushed a little when he said boyfriend but kept his cool

"I'm still not an adult yet, so I can't have anything, "Kyoshi explained, "but once I am an adult, I can have girlfriend if I so choose. I could also choose to remain single, but if I find the right girl, why would I not take her."
"I think that answers it, don't you Lan? Kane said with a somewhat uncomfortable smile. Then, in a whisper, "I'm glad we do not live in Heaven. They seem to have a lot of strict rules. Who knows what they would do to us."

Kane tried to cover Lan's mouth but only succeeded in pushing both of them off of the bed and onto the floor. "Oww...."
"I'm sorry, what?" Kyoshi's pure ears had not been able to process Lan's words.
