Jewel walks in quietly and wanders around aimlessly. I'm so BORED! She nervously tries to keep a fair distance away from everyone else in the room.

Dacey the house-elf peered over the top of a roll of parchment he'd snuck from inside his worn scraps of clothing. Light green eyes blinked curiously at the Slytherin who had just come in to tell them that a generous professor was giving away cheering charms. He hurriedly stuffed them away again, gingerly easing himself into sight. "Wh--why would they do that? W--We're quite happy," Darcy spoke up with hesitance, surprising himself. He was known for staying quiet and sticking to the corners of the kitchen to avoid notice, so though he'd been working at Hogwarts since he was a tiny elf, he doubted he'd said many words in the time.

well cheering potions make things easier it makes lthe work less hard and more endurable surely you cant find a day when you arent in a bad mood and take the cheering potion it will make the day so much better
*places a pile of potions on the counter that each time they are touched turn into a group of 10 of the same potion with the same effect and when drank the potion cheers up the drinker*

*walks over to the shy house elf*
here would you like a cheering potion?
*hands a cheering potion and 5 silver pieces*
my name is james telemar and im in slytherin we are a lot nicer than most can see *puts hand out as if to shake yours*

"Ummm... Thanks." She shakes James's hand. Putting the potion and silver pieces in her pocket. "I'm Jeweliette. Jeweliette Diamond."

"nice to meet you Jeweliette Diamond please take care we cant have unhappy house elves other wise we will have not as good food and stuff hope to see you later"
*walks out after giving every one a few silver pieces*

Jewel sits down and stares at the table. And i'm still bored... She eventually falls asleep there.

*comes in seveal hours later looking for a house elf willing to make some choclate chip cookies*  

[Valkyrie-Chii-Chan]

-starts baking cookies and muffins- -also makes some rose tea-
"Here you go, sir. Would you like some tea or milk with your cookies?"

"milk please"
*takes cookies leaving behind 1 gold piece*  

[Valkyrie-Chii-Chan]

-puts the coin in an empty jar and places it on the shelf above her bed-

Jewel wakes up and looks around looking slightly confused for a moment. Oh, right i'm in the kitchen. She get's up and helps with washing the dishes.

-Starts cleaning the windows and sweeping the floor-

Jewel slips and almost breaks a few dishes but narrowly catches them. "Whoops..."

Jitterbug is nervous about starting his new job in the Hogwarts kitchens. He unobtrusively finds a rag and starts drying clean dishes.

S l y entered quietly, amazed by all her fellow elves working & bustling around the kitchens.
None of them even stopped to take a break; the idea that S l y had to keep up with the others was daunting.
Nevertheless, she smiled & picked up a spare washcloth. Spotting a table counter in need of wiping, she immediately began to clean.
Hogwarts, she thought. Home.
