Rumors and Plants (NightWerewolf here)

Alex broke the kiss after a several minutes of pure bliss. He grinned at her while breathing deeply. He had lost his breath a bit and needed to recover.

As he pulled apart from her, Eva was panting as he was. "Wow." Was all she could say. Riley pawed at Alex and meowed again.
 

[NightWerewolf]

Alex kissed her lightly once more then looked down at Riley. "What?"  

[elphy_and_fiyero]

Eva jumped down and picked up Riley. "What do you want?" She asked petting her in her arms. "Look, I'm giving you attention are you happy? Cause I'm not." She said and smiled at Alex. For some reason, Riley began to lick Eva's hand. "Aww, love you too sweetie."

Alex blinked again and looked at Riley. "I'm not sure we're ready for that." He said looking at the mischevous cat.

Riley jumped down in defeat. Eva sighed a little heart broken but kept a smile on her face. "I'm telling you, I end up with the weirdest pets."

Alex looked back at Eva when he heard her sigh. "Something wrong?" He asked her quietly. "And for the record, yeah you do."  

[elphy_and_fiyero]

Eva shook her head. "No, and yes I do. That one is going to drive me crazy." She laughed. The little girl stopped running in Eva's head and sat down in defeat. "So, what shall we do?" She asked.

"I want to talk with Riley. However crazy that may sound." He chuckled a little. "If you don't mind that is."  

[elphy_and_fiyero]

Eva smiled. "Be my guest. The funny part is, I think she'll show exactly what you're talking about." She kissed his lips. "I'll be upstairs." She headed upstairs and Eva changed into her pajamas before climbing into bed. Riley jumped on the counter and waited patiently.

"I'm not quite sure what you were trying to tell me earlier. But I'm gonna take a guess." He said to Riley. He stuck out his ring finger and looked at the caat. "Does it have anything to do with this finger?"

Eva soon fell asleep in the bed. She began to dream of the little girl crying all alone.

Riley meowed and then licked his finger.

Alex sighed. "Do you really think I should ask her? I want to, but are you sure it's not to earlier?" He asked Riley.

Riley pawed his hand gently to tell him it was ok. She knew they were in love and that's all that mattered.

Alex nodded. "Well that would be the next step. And our relationship can't get any better unless I do ask her."
