That's the best part about family though right? The crazier the better! Finishing off her drink she feels her stomach rumbling and giggles embarrassed. Hey you hungry at all? I was thinking of getting food at the JD next door. It'd be great to eat with someone.

Her ears tilt in confusion to Kits's comment but held her tongue. Getting up to put away her glass and clean it she walks up next to Kits and takes her by the arm. Alright, lets go eat! They head over to the JD and are led to a lovely table in the center of the place. After taking their drink orders and handing their menus the waiter excused himself to go fetch their drinks. So what's new with you?

Oh, I'm not ready yet either...
Well, I've got the linocut and collograph that I did on display at Aqua Springs now. Since then, I've done a silkscreen print and I tried a solar etching. That one was harder than I expected it to be. cat_sweatdrop *looks over the menu a bit more*

Hmmm the solar etching sounds interesting, how does that work? She picks out an appetizer and wonders what she should get for a entree.

*decides to just get a couple of appetizers* Well, it's a metal plate with a special coating on it. You do your artwork on a transparent sheet, and put that on top of the plate. Then the plate's exposed to the sun for a minute or two. When the plate is washed off after that, the parts of the transparency that were dark are etched into the plate. That's basically it, at least.

Bowing slightly the waiter took their menus and went to get their orders in. Liada turned to her drink and took a sip. I can't wait. I will try to make it to the next one. Spring is usually less time of getting orders for potions and what not and summer even less.

I honestly don't understand either, I get the usual once and awhile need to fit into a bikini figure or bulk up type request which most of them I'll decline depending on the situation. But overall warmer months are very low key. I send half of my minion staff at the lab on vacation.
