Kauz took the hit to the chest hard and tumbled over the side of the nest, luckily he grabbed onto the edge before he could plumet to the ground.
Ex-Veemon was engulfed in the flames from Sakuyamon "AHHHHHHHHH" he roared, the flames retreated back to the opponent. Ex-Veemon looked up and saw the slight burn damage he had caused with his Ex-Laser move. He smirked as he glowed and de-digivolved to Veemon.
Kazu heard the explosion before he felt it, an ear-splitting boom that came from below him, he looked down and saw a huge sphere of blue flame blow up a huge chunk of the maountain. The tremors shook the nest, Veemon saw his tamer hanging on and, ignorning the enemy opposite him, dived for Kazu. He grabbed his hand and helped pull him back up.
Another tremor hit the nedge the nest was on Just as Kazu had scrabbled back up, this time he was totally off balance and flailed his arms out, trying to grab something, anything. One hand closed around Veemon's upper arm and the other grabbed one of Pheonixmon's digi-eggs
"Aww crap..." Was all Kazu said as he fell off the nest with Veemon under one arm and an egg under the other...
(Techno do it, I think stopping the flames would be best, I'd like a death by falling rather than a firey fally death >_< )

Enter Kiro Kiro noticed all the me-ham going on just for the guradian. He take out his digivice to bring out his Imperialdramon, Jumbogamemon and his Burpmon. "Hehe...frickin sweet! Looks like they are just gonna kill each other over something that they should work together for." A sudden theme song somehow appeared as Kiro makes his plans."Burpy stay with me! Sparky transform to Paladin mode! DynamoPlug get ready for Battle and get use to a area where no one is!" "Got it!" said all his digimon. Soon the theme song got stronger and Sparky was now transformed! And DynamoPlug found a hide out the keep them till the guardian comes. "And to wait guys till I make the signal ok? I may have strong items to heal ya guys but we still need a plan! WE don't wanna get weakened by these guys yet. Once week we can make our move for the guardian even tough i don't know what it is for or what it will do...."

Edit: Lance rushes toward Kazu and uses Exveemon to catch them and return them to the top , '' Dude you ok . '' . Lance lies Kazu down and grabs his digivice , '' It's time for a little payback . DNA Charge . Exveemon digivolve into Paildramon . '' . (Yes the power of friendship will win once more XD thats what allowed Exveemon to digivolve with the same method as Marcus power, anger, ect. ) '' Desprado Blaster ! '' . Paildramon fired bullets rapidly causing his power to accelerate , '' DNA Charge , Paildramon digivolve into Imperialdramon . '' . Imperialdramon used his pysitron laser to blow Sakuyamon away from Kazu and Lance .

Dax flinched as he got punched in the face.
He stood up and grabbed Marcus by the shirt.
"Look here, bud, I've gone good, and you don't want me to be like I was" he said darkly.
"This is what you were willing to do to me, and more importantly, my digimon. You deserve this like Satan deserves damnation."
Leormon did some sort of hissing thing at Marcus's feet.
"You are the most selfish, disgusting, horrible tamer there is. You should die." he said more darkly so. He glanced back. The mountain ledge was right there.
"I could throw you off. Right now." He pushed Marcus to the ground. "But I'll spare you." he then spat at his feet and began walking away.

Marcus glared at the tamer and grabbed ahold of Dax's wrists, spinning them around his back and pulling till he could hear a popping sound. Marcus's eyes had a glint of darkness in them as he spoke into Dax's ear, "You're the only selfish one here... I did what I had to do and you did not. You're the one making things worse for everyone else here... you should just leave and make things easier for everyone especially yourself."
Anubismon came up close to Marcus and glared at Leormon giving the look that he would delete him and his tamer without even thinking about it.
Marcus let the boy go and ran his hands through his hair, "This is why I don't deal with children and their child-like tantrums"

Dax grunted when his shoulders dislocated. But it didnt matter. Dax scowled. "YOU WERE KILLING US JUST FOR MONEY! You're a money greedy b*****d. You're not gonna get anywhere in life. The only reason your digimon like you is because they have to.
Everyone hates you, including the spirits.
You didn't HAVE to do anything! I HAD to do that because you were killing everyone." Dax flipped out his pocket knife which he had hidden in his sleeve.
The tamer pointed it towards Marcus. "I am this close to killing you. YOU KILLED ME! Course, I revived, but thats beside the point. You were willing to KILL. So i would gladly kill your digimon and the rest of them!" he shouted.
Leormon scowled. "I can digivolve straight to UltimateChaosmon right now if you don't watch it."

Marcus was about to turn away until he saw the knife brought out by Dax. He smirked at the boy, "Feeling daring are we? Why don't you put the knife away and just admit it, you're a loser... no better than me. Sure I kill for money that's what a mercenary does smart one, but I'll tell you one thing, I don't do it unless I'm forced to... I gave you the option of staying out of this. Now look what you've done, you've made it worse for everyone now." Marcus pointed at the boy that was falling to his death by the very flames that Dax had created.
Anubismon jumped at the ready with an orb ready to blow the hell out of Dax, just like what he did to Chris's Beelzemon. His eyes slitted and a growl could be heard coming from the corner of his mouth.
"What are you gonna do? Continue to play like you have a heart... which you don't or run along to try and save someone from the fate you caused." Marcus folded his arms knowing that Dax wasn't stupid enough to attack a trained mercenary able to turn that knife on him quicker than usual.

Random_Explosionz ( -pouts- i'm still pissed at kira for making no sense. ) (Making no sense? I attacked you three times and you did not respond to my attacks at all! Gema, he is lightly weakened from remaining in mallet form that long so one more attack should do it.) The Makuramon was also taken down like the Sinduramon had been before. He was returned to the digivice to heal, while Calumon and Demiveemon were taken out to play. Caturamon was hit by the attack, however, he picked himself back up and swung himself at the Puppetmon again, hoping to finish off the digimon. Kirashimu shook his head, "Don't you see, these memories will just bring hardships upon thousands of innocent digimon."

Caturamons Mallet came down hard on to Puppetmon.
Puppetmon Flew back his body started feel heavy he knew he couldn't hold his mega form much longer.
Puppetmon stood up and looked at the tamer know as Kira
" Your digimon are very strong he" said in a raspy voice
" I have to finish this" he wispered
He reached to his back and grabbed the cross one more time.
He focused all his energy into the cross
the cross glue a bright white color, he launched the powerful cross at Caturamon.
"Wooden Cross" Puppetmon yelled
After the cross left his hand Puppetmon had no more energy to keep his mega form, he quickly dedigivoled back into Mushroomon.
Kyo ran to his digimon "Mushroomon!" he cried picking up his Digimon
"You Ok Buddy?" Kyo asked his Digimon
"I'm ok" mushroomon said "I just need a nap" he said before dosing off.
Kyo Looked up at Kira
"what do you mean the Memories will harm digimon?" he yelled still holding his digimon

Suddenly Kiro heard what was going on. Kiro concentrated to what Kyo and Kira were saying. "Hmmm a harm to digimon huh......" Karan said in his mind trying to hear what the 2 are talking about while still hidden.
