Giving a small smile he comes back around the bar leaning both arms around her holding onto the bar on each side of her. And I DO recall that as well since he did cheer you up when his brother dumped you back then as well. But for someone who claims to be such the ladies man that he claims to be I'm kinda surprised he hasn't tried to make a pass at someone like you. He nuzzles her neck again hoping to ease her down a little.

She turned her head away from him, still angry at him. "Don't you even try to get all lovey-dovey on me right now. Franco has been nothing but a perfect gentleman to me, and I'm insulted that you would even thing that anything has gone on between he and I. Raising his head back up he gives a small face of annoyance as he thinks on it. Well lets think of it this way, we can continue to shout and argue about this until our heads explode. His hands roam from the bar to land lightly on Kats hips and smile sincerely at her. Or we can talk out why I would think that over drinks and breaking apart some of the creepy chocolate stallion that's sitting over there and slightly melting under the heat of the lights. He gestures with his head pointing over to said statue sitting over at the other end of the bar.

She glanced over to the chocolate statue and saw that it was indeed a tad shiny under the lights.
"s**t! I can't let anything happen to that statue! Psy will be pissed! gonk "
She ducked under Hauk's arm and looked back over her shoulder at him as she headed to the entrance. "I'll be back, I need to get Kyle to fix this ASAP. There's no telling how much money Franco spent on that!"
She hit the light switch on her way out that turned off the lights over the statue and headed off to find Kyle.

Hauk chuckled as Kat went to go fetch Kyle and returned to his drink for a moment. Then getting up he heads over to the jukebox and looks through the songs to see what to listen to other than dub step for a little bit. Stopping at one song and hit play before returning to the bar to wait for Kat.

She finally tracked Kyle down and told him the situation of the statue in the bar. He assured her he'd take care of it and she sighed in relief. They chatted briefly, making plans to get together in the morning to go over the liquor order and do the payroll. She made her way back into the bar and found her drink on the bar. Grabbing it, she took a long drink before sitting back down. "Crisis averted...I can't imagine what we'd do without Kyle sometimes. Now, back to our discussion. The way I see it, there's nothing to yell about...I just want to you to tell me why you think I omitted telling you anything about my past. Are you jealous of Franco for some reason?  "

Giving a small swig of his drink to try and avoid her gaze. He coughs softly trying to find the right way to answer that. Perhaps.....I mean I haven't thought about it in awhile but, well whether it was under the influence of the dagger or not, you ran to him when you were possessed because you thought it was safe. And then off to Japan. Japan I can totally understand with how you're old boss is being the man he is. But, I honestly thought...I...eh, forget it. Its like you said I'm still just a bit insecure on stuff still. I just need to get over it. He reaches out to grab his bottle and get up to rinse it out before throwing it in the recycle.

She sighed, "Hauk, when I left here, I had no idea of where I was going to go. I ended up in Vegas and was wandering around and just happened to end up in Franco's casino. I'm like a sister to Psy..so of course he was going to take care of me....or face Psy's wrath for not doing so. lol "
She chuckled softly and sipped some more of her drink.

Hauk gave a smile at that. It was true on that fact from what Hauk had been told from all of Liada's knowledge. Heh, I wish I could say the same with my broders. Considering the situation of the family line you can only imagine that we weren't as close as Harskarinna's family is. Throwing the bottle away he turns to make another drink for Kat. Not really wanting another one for himself at the moment.
