[Andromeda Black Tonks]

Harry laughed, nodding in agreement with Kathryn's statement. "That's good," he said, glancing over at Tonks and Liz. Tonks was looking upset so, "You guys can finish eating, I'll take Kathryn upstairs, okay. If you want you can meet us up there."

He turned back to Kathryn. "Shall we?"

Looking over at her cane she held it in her palm and whacked it gently on her knee. Satisfied that the stiffness had gone she returned it onto the bench and nodded at Harry.

"Ok then... Let's err... Go" She said and made her way out of the Great Hall.

(Mines shorter, I win!)

Harry followed, slowing his paces so that Kathryn could keep up. He doubted she was up to keeping up with his normal long strides. As they made their way up the stairs, he turned to her, "So," he paused not really sure where to go with this, "what classes are you taking?"

Well that was better than, how about those Chudley Cannons, he decided.

Kathryn walked behind, trying to keep from falling over and still at eye level with Harry. She could help but notice that his eyes were exactly as magazines stated: 'Startling'. They were like those novelty spinning hypno disks that supposed to make you dizzy.

"So... What classes are you taking?" Harry asked. Kathryn blinked, caught off guard.

"Wha? Oh yeah classes. Um.. Divination, Anicent Runes... Aaand... Care of Magical Creatures" She said pausing to think. Still climbing up the stairs her right hand found the banister and steadied herself for they're was a trick step coming up.

"Trelawney or Firenze?" Harry asked curiously as he pushed his glasses back up the bridge of his nose. Despite having been in the castle for nearly seven years, he didn't remember the trick step.

With a curse, the step gave way beneath his foot and his leg disappeared into the supposed stone up to his knee. "Bloody hell," he said, using the banner to pull himself from the step.

Kathryn smirked. She couldn't stand Trelawney, and frankly Firenze was much more appealing, teaching that is.

"Firenze thank god" She responded. Giving him another grin (Stop grinning you idiot) she put her spare hand into her pocket and looked down at her feet.

"Bloody hell," She heard Harry say. Looking back she saw Harry in a rather awkwardly painful position, knee high in stone.

"Oh crap... Stupid steps. Here..." She moved over to Harry and placed a hand under his arm and the other near his elbow. "Up you get... C'mon" She said pulling up, her knees bent to reduce pain in her back.

"Thanks," Harry said as he stumbled out of the step that seemed far to reluctant to release him. Rubbing some feeling back into his leg, he grinned sheepishly at Kathryn. So much for not making an a** of himself in front of another girl.

"Well, that was embarrassing."

Easing the older boy out of the step she straightened up and beat the dust out of her already dirty robes. Mentally taking a note to owl her mum for new ones she rpushed up her robe sleeves and wiped her forehead.

"Well, that was embarrassing." Harry said. Kathryn faced him and shrugged.

"Not as much as falling into the lake during Care of Magical Creatures... It was summer so it wasn't all that bad" She said chuckling at the memory. They were supposed to collect some salt water, and the bucket floated to far. Desperate to retrieve it, she leaned to far and rolled in.

Walking to a new landing she took a right through a corridor.

"Falling into the lake," Harry said, following Kathryn down a hallway. "I've got you beat; try having a girl start crying after she dragged you to Madam Puddifoots and have her start crying in the middle of everything."

Harry looked over at the wall, surprised to see that they were already at the room of requirement. "Oh good, ready for some aimlessly pacing?"

"I've got you beat; try having a girl start crying after she dragged you to Madam Puddifoots and have her start crying in the middle of everything." Harry said. Kathryn pulled a face and laughed.

"Ugh, Madam Puddifoots is enough to make you cry!" She pointed out. "She sounds like a b***h... Ah well" She added and she neared the door of the Room of Requirement.

"Oh good, ready for some aimlessly pacing?" Harry said.

"Oooh what fun!" She said sarcastically and began to pace.

"I need a place to transform"

Harry nodded as he ghosted behind Kathryn, "Well, she wasn't really a b***h, I mean," he paused, trying to find proper words for what he was trying to say, "her ex-boyfriend had died and she...uh...nevermind, its hard to explain and no one likes hearing it anyways."

It looked up as the door into the Room of Requirement appeared. "Excellent, think the others will show up or is it going to be just us?"  

[Sirius Black-Snuffles]

Sirius pointed to the stick four feet away.

"Found one!" he said lightly walking over and grabbing it. He glanced at Remus and then at the tree.

"Be calm, fair lady! For I shall defend thee! Huzzah!" he cried jumping forth weilding the stick like a sword. He jumped forward grinning. Unfortunatly the tree had heard him and started to swing at him. Jumping over a branch Sirius stabbed the knot with the branch and turned to grin at Remus.

"My lady," he said, keeping one hand firmly on the branch pressing down on the knot while the other one made a sweeping gesture to the tunnel.

After stalking the door three times she stood infront of the door, Harry behind her.

"Her ex died? Ouch" Kathryn said, showing her infamous blunt side. Sighing she placed her hand on the brass knob and twisted to, pushing against the door and revealing the room.

"Sweet!" She exclaimed, half-diving into the room. It had a large area filled with rope for tug of war, several chew toys and rubber balls. Even a little brush kit and a dog bath. There were bright green shag carpeting (Funky!) and a pile of fluffy towels, a little doggy bed and a large sofa, even a full-sized bed for humans. Shadowing the towels were shampoos and scented soap and everything you could find in a pampered pooches room (*cough*parishilton*cough*)

Turning around she looked at Harry excited. "Isn't it pretty!"

Harry stepped easily into the room, taking in the sight of the animal, well, dog care items scattered about. "Well..." he said unsure if he was going to set her off, he had learned at fifteen that he was awful at talking to girls, "It's...interesting."

Kathryn rolled her eyes at Harry, interesting, what a very interesting description. Putting her hands in her hips she exhaled. Slipping off her robe she looked around for a place to hang it, only to find a clothes rack appear beside her. Smiling at the convenience she placed her robe on it. Still in her white shirt, jeans and tie she made her way to the sofa and collapsed into it with a sigh of relief.

"Ow my effing legs"
