Its a Looney Tunes short found on most Warner Bros Videos from the 1980s to 1990s which was during the Cheesy Shield Era. There's several versions of this Short from 1988 to 1991.

Okay. From 1988 to 1991, the Warner Bros Catalog was obtained by calling up Warner Brothers for the Catalog for a Hats, Coffee Mugs, T-Shirts, Posters, Videos and more.
The Warner Bros catalog later became the Warner Bros Studio Stores that lasted from 1991 to 2001. Other than that, its a nice Looney Tunes short.
