In my yearbook for junior high it posted 8th grade favorites, [I was in 6th grade at the time] and the 'Favorite Song' was Helena. I youtubed it and liked it. But then in 7th grade my friend was/[still is] obsessed with them, and she kept telling me to look up songs then I really got into the band. (:

Like most people I heard/saw Helena. I went out and got The Black Parade and loved it, then discovered Three Cheers and Bullets, and loved them even more!

I had heard "Welcome To The Black Parade" and "Teenagers" on the radio, then my friend bought the album a couple months ago. I've loved them ever since! I've recently been listening to music on Pandora.com, and even though I haven't heard much of the other albums, they are still great!

One of my friend had bootleg songs from Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge.
I remember that my favorite song was You Don't Know What They Do To Guy Like Us In Prision.
I didn't even know who they were.
It's been love ever since.

I first heard them on a sort of local radio station, 105.7 The Point. A few years later I really heard of them and got into their music more and yea... They're my number one... With a bullet. O.O;;; XP Don't sue me for using a song lyric to express myself. (( And for those wondering the song was Sugar We're Going Down by Fall Out Boy... ))

oh wow...um well my older brother actually got me into them. He had their "I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love" cd and was listening to it one day. And I was like, who are they? He said My Chemical Romance...well after listening for a few minutes I was like, wow! They're cool! And I ended up "borrowing" my brothers cd for a very long time...

im actually haven't been into MCR for that long. i heard 'welcome to the black parade' and 'teenagers' on the radio and i was like 'oh is this? i really like it!' so i downloaded those two songs and looked the band up and have loved them ever since. and when i moved schools at the beginning of this year, the group i fell into turned out to be MCR lovers too so, they kinda helped with my loving of MCR. i bought 'the black parade' and my friend has a copy of 'three cheers for sweet revenge' so she lent me that and i put it on my ipod, and one of my other friends has 'life on th murder scene' so i've seen that too. and i downloaded 'i brought you my bullets, you brought me your love' off the internet.

If living was the hardest part... well i found out about My Chem coz one of my friends was so psyched about sims made music vids...
so she searched some and i saw something she clicked she said if i would like this. and i did. the sims vid was not that awseome but the musics was sweet. it was Helena. and then... after a few days i asked my friend Yumi if she knew MCR and she said yea. last year. lol and she helped me in knowing MCR. that's when i got interested in other songs like Skylines and Turnstiles, Heaven Help Us, I Never Told You What I Do For A Living, You Know What They Do To Guys Like Us In Prison, and more. not just the hits like Helena, Teenagers, Welcome To The Black Parade, The Ghost Of You, I'm Not Okay, Famous Last Words, and moar.
haha
