Rumors and Plants (NightWerewolf here)

"And Alexander Lupines." Alex smiled. He thought about there anmes for a second. Evangeline Lupines... Eva Lupines. He shook the though away, as much as he liked it.

The lady smiled at them and fiddled through some papers. "Did you say Evangeline Daniels?" A professor asked as she walked in. Eva nodded. "Wonderful. I'm Professor Williams, I'm your English Professor. I must say I read your essay. You have an amazing talent, I must say." She told Eva.

"Thank you." She smiled. The lady at the front desk handed them their schedules.

"I'll see you in class." Professor Williams smiled as she walked out.

Alex took his schedule and watched as the professor walked off. "School hasn't even started and you're on the good side of the teachers."

Eva thanked the lady and they walked out of the main office. She shrugged. "Works for me." She smiled. "But it's your turn next." She chuckled. They walked began to walk the halls as other people passed them.

Alex smiled. "I'll see what I can do." He chuckled as they walked through the halls. He knew a few people from the town, but not many.

They walked all over the college until it was about to close. They headed back to her house and a thought occurred to her. Evangeline Lupines... Eva Lupines She smiled at the thought as she really liked the name. They walked in the door and Riley waited for them besides her bowl. "Somebody's hungry." She laughed. "What would you like?" She asked Alex.

Alex thought for a second. "How about some spaghetti?" He answered and took a seat at the kitchen table. "It's quick and easy."

Eva nodded and made the spaghetti with her sauce. She placed a plate in front of him. She made herself a plate and sat across from him.

Alex smiled and started to eat. "Got to love the sauce. Best in the would." He chuckled a bit. "You know, that cat of yours has to be up to something. She hasn't done anything to push us closer for a while now."

She smiled at him. "Thanks. I'm glad you like it." She put some food into Riley's bowl. Eva shrugged and sat back down. "I guess because we're right where she wanted us. I mean how far can we go?" She chuckled.

Alex nodded. "Any time." He smiled. "The furthest we can go is marriage and a family." He blushed slightly.

Eva froze. She never thought she would hear that coming from him. She could feel her cheeks begin to burn. "I guess she's waiting for us to make that decision on our own." She said in almost a whisper. The little girl ran through her mind and began to twirl around while laughing.

Alex nodded. "I guess so. And maybe it'll happen." He wished it would. Something in him just wanted to stay with her forever.

Eva nodded and then shrugged. "Maybe." Riley finished her food and meowed as she rubbed on Alex's leg. Eva laughed and continued to eat her food.

Alex finished his spagahetti and looked at Riley. He picked her up and put Riley in his lap. "What do you want?" He asked as he started to pet the cat.
