still looks good to me. i like to contrasting yellow/purple/white pallet.

Yupyup. : 3

It's actually more of a pink in person in good light. And the yellow is gold.

I was kinda going with the angelic theme that the Seraphim derive their name from while keeping the colours of my existing Sisters - the custom pink or mauve with white robes.

Edit: Better and more pictures! : D

I can REALLY see how much of a difference shooting in daytime makes. : 3

The Immolator is not complete yet, sadly. But it IS a WIP! : D

Your models would benefit greatly from removal of remaining pieces of flash and mold lines.

Get some of that GW purpley and flesh ink and try it out on a model, it does a fantastic job of getting into the nooks and crannies and shading them naturally, the flesh wash'll also work on bringing out the battlesuit details as well.

Edit: I'll need to get my hands on some files. My modeling knife isn't something I feel exactly safe with.

Doesn't show the paint job on the Techpriest at all, but hey, he's happy enough with his new surprisingly modestly-sized Deathstrike. Even if it is unpainted.

i'd say he's compensatin' for somethin' ... but then i remembered he's sterile... yeah ...

Oh, not at all, compare the 'fluffy' size for a Deathstrike, and my own version. xp

well, I'm making a guard army filled with commissars after Christmas, however, i lack a color scheme and I'm looking for something better than plain guardsman green. advice anyone?

I'd say if you have a favorite marine chapter, color their armor in the same colors. Kind of like they are the regiment for that monastery world/fleet and are the first line of defense(or cannon fodder, what ever your mind sees fit).

i like it, it has a grimy ( blood encrusted even) type look that makes it look battle worn/worthy.
