Zephit blushed and scratched at his ears nervously. Was it another one of those times that he did something he shouldn't? Liada certainly seemed flustered like before, if not more so. Though this time he didn't know what it could be, seeing as he was only squeezing her hand. Maybe it was correct to go to her room and apologize before she fell asleep, but he decided against it. Not wanting to dwell on it too much he stripped to his boxers and crawled into the bed. Falling asleep quickly to much more "pleasant" thoughts than perhaps appropriate.

(( Damn....this is gonna make for an interesting baptism. Any chance we can do the beachwear after that?))

Liada muffles incoherent comments as she slowly wakes. Looking around she sees that nothing is out of the ordinary in her chambers and as she gets up to wash up and change she recalls everything that happened last night. About dinner and the kiss and then Zeph's confession last night. She felt bad about running off like that from him but she was completely floored by his devoted sincerity. They had been going out not even a week and he was so determined to be with her like that. She had no idea what to do or feel like and it was times like this that she wished she stayed being a wanderer. She went to the guest room and quietly checked up on Zeph who was still passed out on the bed. She gave a sweet smile watching his snoozing form and then quietly closed the door.

Heading into the living room she went to write him a note since she had to go out and about getting ready for her baptism later today. She wanted to pass by the Den to see if Anira and Hauk could be there and then she had to get her outfit together, a lot to do now that she thought about it.



She took the note and took it into the kitchen where she made him a quick sandwich and snack with a bottle of milk on the side. Placing the note under the plate she checked to make sure everything was ready and then went out the front door and up the stairs to do the scans. Zipping through the bar she stops behind it to grab a soda from the fridge and then heads out the main doors of the bar to start her day.

Zephit shuffled out of bed like something akin to a zombie, absorbing his surroundings through his sleepy, half-open eye. His mind was plagued with guilt for making Liada rush off last night, coming to the realization that it must be what he said. Some people didn't like the things he said, and maybe Liada had turned out to be one of those people. She was just too sweet to throw him out over it that night, or something.

Quietly he ushered himself through the living room and into the kitchen, deciding not to make any big thoughts until his stomach was full. There he found what looked like a very tasty lunch, and the note from Liada. A small smile, growing against sleep, showed on his face as he read it. Then he started to eat the lunch Liada made peacefully, while deciding on what to do for the day.

He would certainly have to pick up that gift he owed her, and hope that she liked it. Maybe that would make up for the stupid thing he said. Zephit nodded, hoping that it would.

*leaps out of the closet covered in vines giggling*
*Ayami chases her out with a snake staff*
*flips around and faces Aya, bull style, stamps at the ground and nudges her Taurus like horns at her*

*Ayami rolls her eyes and makes sure they are both all set for later*

Zephit comes back to the bar after tidying up, deciding to relax some--on what appears to be another day off. Going back behind the counter to get himself something to drink, he examines all the bottles for something new to try.
