*enters the main bar area from the office, Tes following closely behind. He stands there a moment to take in the scenery while Tes pushes past him to get a better view of the food table*

*sighs and rolls his eyes at the "twins", wandering over to the bar and asking Scott for a glass of wine*

-he shook Hauk's hand firmly- "Thanks, I'm not often in town but when i am I try to drop by." he chuckled- "Of course you are more likely to find me at my sister Bonnie's veteranary shop."

She laced her fingers through Hauk's and smiled at him before addressing Dec again. "He's also someone very important to me....I'm not sure if boyfriend quite covers all that he is to me.  " She picked up her drink with her free hand and took a sip, giving Hauk's hand a gentle squeeze.

Dante Pavani did go over to the buffet table to fill a plate. As he did he took note of the dark elf. "Buena Notte, senor. A fine evening is it not?"

Huh a vet clinic eh? I think I remember seeing one when I drive around town. He takes a bite of his food before Kat takes hold of his hand. Raising an eyebrow at first until he hears what she says and tries to hide the small blush on his cheeks by returning to eating his meal. Mmm..this food is amazing Vilkat. Top notch on tonight.

Returning Dec's smile Anira turns to thank Scott for bringing her drink and then returns her attention to her food. Seeing that her plate was empty she gets up to go help herself to the pasta.

Continuing her meal Liada glanced over and saw all three of the dark elves by the buffet and gave a grin to Kat and Hauk. Don't look now but you're "savior" has arrived, maybe he'll continue on about how you're denying your true soul. rofl

She is obviously exaggerating to keep him locked into the relationship!

-Dec smiled at the woman with whom he had had a brief relationship- "Well congradulations. I hope you make each other very happy and I'm glad you have found someone right for you, Kat."
he turned to hauk- "If you like animals you should check it out. Oh and the upper floors is a racing casino. So if you are into greyhound racing or are willing to tryout some wacky races like chicken racing, or just plane like gambling, you should check it out."
-turned to Kat- "I think the construction of the horse racetrack is almost complete now."

She looked over in the direction of her brother-in-law and rolled her eyes.
"Pft, he'd best keep his opinions to himself tonight. rolleyes I am not having another night ruined."
She gave Hauk's hand another squeeze before eating some of the food Hauk had picked out for her.
She looked back to Dec when he mentioned the horsetrack. "Oh, that's great Dec. biggrin We'll be sure to come by once it's finished and check it out."

Glancing back to see where Liada was looking he turned back calmly and sipped his drink. If he does let him think it. I know who I am and I won't let anyone else tell me otherwise. Turning back to the conversation with Dec he raises an eyebrow. Chicken races? Wow I haven't done that since my days in the village. But I'm not really much of a gambling man so races were never really something of interest. I might go just to see the animals though.

Picking out her variety of food Anira turns to see Ryzan and Tes and....Draa if she remembered correctly and gave a small bow to them in greeting. Good evening Gentleman, how are you all faring tonight? The food is most excellent if you have not had a moment to try it yet.

Dante finished his food with a satisfies sigh. He put his plate aside and went over to Katana,
"Thank you senora for the fine food. Even though I must be going now, know that I will treasure this fine party in my heart."
He bowed over her hand and, with a respectful nod to the rest of the table's people, left the bar and headed back for the mansion.
