She sipped her drink and thought for a moment.
"Well, Psy went out and bought every Barbie accessory known to man for Leko to use for that damn doll. Of course, Leko has charmed them to move on their own, so the little Jeep follows her around. Rather strange, let me tell you. And Psy showed me this book on black magic she's been reading. Apparently, the doll was an experiment to see if it would even work."
She sighed and took another sip of her drink. "I told her I didn't like her messing with that kind of stuff, and asked her to be careful. I don't know, Liada...I have a feeling Dougherty wouldn't be very happy if he found out his wife was messing around with magic. I just don't want this to cause problems for her."

Liada listened to Kat while sipping on her drink and nodded in appropriate moments. Hmm...well the charming is no surprise there when it comes to Leko. She does love to liven things up so to speak to keep from boredom. As for the book and Psy....well there's really not much that can be done with her once she's set her mind to it, I'm sure you know that better than anyone. But if she's not heeding the warnings of her friends then there really isn't anything one can do and can only let it run its course. Dougherty may not like it if he finds out but that's only if he does. If that little run down with Ryzan and Tes haven't enlightened him yet then he may stay oblivious for a long time. As long as the black magic isn't hurting anyone horribly at the moment then I would say roll with the punches in this. You really don't do well with magic do you? Turns to watch Miro eat a Red Bean mochi and make a sad face. rofl

I mean, I've gone through ya'lls portals and whatnot with no problems. But Psy is human, and I worry that she's gonna get in over her head. She always seems to go full steam ahead and doesn't always think things through. neutral "
She swirled her drink around and then took another sip.

This is true too. Most humans and magic don't mix well together. It takes years and practice and study to become even decent with it. There are a few those with talent but it still takes time to master the elements. Overall like you said, Psy is going at this full force and if she's not willing to listen to anyone else, all we can do is keep tabs on things and make sure nothing gets worse. All we can do is be there for her.

She sighed, she knew Liada was right, but that didn't mean she had to like it.
"I know, I just worry with her being hell bent on getting pregnant that something will go wrong because of her little newfound hobby. But, like you said, all we can do is keep an eye on things."
She sipped her drink and sat it back down on the bar.

Well having a strong will helps on things as well, if Psy is determined enough for it she could most definitely get the results she wants with no harm done what so ever. It all depends on how much she pays attention to her studies really. She looks over to Miro who's looking at her ice cream suspiciously. You want me to make you something else Miro?

She finished her drink and got up to rinse her glass. She jumped a little when Draa came bursting in and was about to ask him what was wrong until she remembered how it ended the last time she tried to help him. stare
She looked up at Liada, "Well, I think I'm going to call it a night. I'd stick around to see if he needs help, but the last time I offered to help, I was called a horrid name by him. stressed I'll leave you to deal with him, and I'll see you tomorrow. Night, Liada. smile " She would have told Miro good night, but Draa apparently needed her attention more. She waved to Liada and left the bar, making her way downstairs to her quarters to retire for the night.

 Um Draa? You sure you're not feeling stuff from that doll Psy made? From what I heard recently she got a lot of doll stuff for Leko and the doll to play with and Leko charmed the items. You might want to look into it. Sadly its getting late for me so I need to go crashing. She goes to rinse out her glass and puts it away. Heading to the office she waves to Miro and Draa. Night guys. Hope you survive Draa. She does the scans and heads downstairs, slipping into her room and gets ready for bed. ((Sorry Miro, Draa. I plan on getting a head start of sleep before the roomies come home from the HP movie premiere and wake me up sweatdrop ))
