He gives her one last kiss before helping her into the car and then walking around to the driver's side to buckle up. He pulls out of the parking lot and heads out onto the main road taking Kat's directions of where they were gonna eat tonight....

After the long drive back from the park Hauk pulls around the back of MW and pulls up next to Kat's car. He leaves the engine running but gets out of the car to go around and help Kat get out on her side. Get plenty of rest Vilkat. Don't let work overstress you too much to where you feel you need to escape alright? He brushes her bangs from her face as he talks.

"Aw, and here I thought you might like me escaping out to the Den on occasion." She gave him a mock pout and then laughed, unable to keep a straight face.

He rolls his eyes at her at that comment. Keep it up Vilkat and I will go into my roots and that escaping will turn into kidnapping. Leaning down he gives a quick and gentle kiss on her forehead. Not trusting himself to touch her lips again from earlier and escorts her to her door. Good night Katana. Heading back to the car he gets in, buckles up and makes his way back to the Den to attempt sleep.

She smiled at his comment and watched him get into his car and leave. She let herself into her quarters and went to her bedroom to get ready for bed.
Soon, she was in bed and drifting off to sleep, her thoughts on the Viking that had just left her not too long ago.

She woke up and there was something niggling at her, like she knew there was something she needed to do, but she just wasn't sure what. Suddenly, she remembered. stressed She opened her email and typed out a quick email to Flame. Kat's email to Flame Flame, I'm not sure how to tell you this, but I was supposed to meet up with Icy for some training out by the lake yesterday morning. However, after partaking of food and drink on the 4th, I completely forgot about her and now I fear that she may be stranded out there. She got up and sighed, knowing how she had to dress for the next 24 hours.
