TeaDidikai Mine is in a quart jar on my fridge. Erm.... excuse the ignorance... but what's a quart in European measures?

scorplett TeaDidikai Mine is in a quart jar on my fridge. Erm.... excuse the ignorance... but what's a quart in European measures? Just over 946ml. You can actually do a Google "search" for something like: 1 quart = ? ml and it tells you the answer =3

more simply, a quart is two pints, however US pints are slightly small than imperial pints.
Unless they only use pints in the UK. Bloody English.

I got a lovely little teaset for two from my parents for Christmas, complete with proper biscuits, which made me very, very happy. ^_^ Of course, after I opened it and squealed in delight, my daddy claimed that I'm more British than American sometimes. ><

Someone gave me the flu for christmas. And no, I don't mean one of those adorable plush microbes from ThinkGeek. The real deal flu.
I feel like crap now. And had to raincheck getting together with some friends that I haven't seen in two years. >.<
Fun fun.

You could brew in a 2L jar too- though that's considerably larger than required. I also have a list of instructions on how to keep it alive, if you decide you want to make it, I can type them up and put them on. Have you ever had a sour dough starter? It's different- but it takes about the same amount of effort.
