Mat id have to be IG one of gaunts ghosts maybe or possibly a commisar you have to WORK for rank in the army. You can't just go for application and go "I'd like to be put in a squad of elite and highly trained people. And I want grenades too, damnit!" Welcome to the infantry, son. Me? Space Marine. To be one of my own marines, fighting alongside the legendary BOB... Knowing if I try hard, I too could one day be stuck in a big suit of metal.

so i was lookinof images of Arbites for a friends guild and i came across this site with an Arbites army made for normal 40k use check it out Adeptus Arbites

You stand at the back of the squad, telling the men to run forwards.. Then you shoot the cowards and traitors who retreat.
