Iñigo had watched the seekers go at it for a few minutes, watching as Shayna seemed to be on the trail of the snitch, and unfortunately, Lexine had missed. He wished that Lexine would just get to it one time, but he never really knew. She always seemed to be able to find it, and always got so close to catching it, but just couldn't finish the job. She was getting better though...a lot better. The other two seekers he hadn't really paid too much attention to, mainly because they didn't seem to be finding the snitch. Surely they would get their chance though. Everyone seemed to see the bloody thing once. Even Iñigo, from there, though he caught a glimpse of the snitch, but he was never too sure. It could very well have just been the sun ray reflecting off of something, like a prefect badge or something.
He figured he should get another hit in now. So, he lined up the rogue bludger and took a swing at it pretty quickly, aiming at the target, hoping to get another hit. He figured he needed the practice; so he would take as much as he could seriously during the tryout, even though there was currently no competition. And of course...a swing and a miss. And the worst part, the bludger hit him in his non-batting arm. He shook his head in disgust, not feeling much pain, but he knew that he would feel it later.

spaceOnce Gypsy had seen to it that Xavier had gotten his group started and that Inigo was on the targets, she'd immediately flown up over the field for a bird's eye view. It would be easier than trying to chase the Seekers all over the field, she figured. She watched the group battle it out, impressed when Lexine seemingly managed to locate the Snitch before anyone else. Shayna wasn't too far behind, though, and it didn't take her long to catch it. Gypsy smiled, flying closer to her former Captain to hear her. "Yeah, Shayna, let it go. And, maybe give the new kids a head start? A fighting chance?" she said, though of course she was joking. After all, it wouldn't do in a real game for Shayna to get sentimental... not that she thought the girl ever would. The blue-haired Ravenclaw turned her attention to the other three Seekers, smiling. "Good try, all of you, now, let's go round two. Good luck!" And then she was off again, flying high above them for a better view.
