Genesis once more approached the Yukikages mansion. Why anyone wished to live in a block of ice like this was beyond him. Still, it suited him. Genesis trod up the stairs, keeping a hand on the hand rail so as to not slip on the icy stairs. He was nearly giddy on the inside as he felt the power running through him. Even as he thought that a spark jumped between his body and a nearby metal bracket of the hand rail. Though it did not phase him it just went to show how far he had come in such a short time. Eventually he found his way to the door of the Yukikages office. He opened the door, knocking twice to announce himself even as he entered"Yo" He said simply as he walked into the office. He was glad that he was alone with the Keiji, he wanted to show him what he had been doing"Keiji-Sama. Check it out" As he said those words he drew his Blade with suprising easy, holding it out in front of his body for the kage to see. As soon as he did so, a veil spread along the blade turning it Pure White. It glowed with a brilliant radiance, almost enticing you to stare at it"Sweet huh? Thats not even a tenth of what I learned!"

Supposing that there was nothing wrong with Akatsuki keeping one gem, Keiji nodded. Showing his approval that the other could keep the gem. It wasn't long after Akatsuki had left his office that he felt the familiar chakra of Genesis approaching. Then soon, the male was knocking on his door and entering. He appeared as excited as a child with a new toy. Smiling softly, he watched the other show off what he could do with his blade "Over ten techniques, hm? Which one is this one that you've learned?"

Genesis smiled at the mans approval" Actually I learned Seventeen Ninjutsu and Five Taijutsu techniques. That particular one was the Raiton: Tanto Yaiba (Lightning Release: Tanto Blade)" As he finished his sentence he canceled the jutsu, spun his blade like a child would a toy and sheathed it unto his back once more"Also I've been meaning to talk to you about something. I think I have found my calling in life. Everyone seems to be taking their own path either as ANBU, Oinin or whatever. I think I have found mine Keiji-Sama"

It was good that the boy was so excited about his training, he'd learned a lot in such a short amount of time. When Genesis mentioned that he wanted to speak about his calling in life, Keiji motioned for the other to have a seat. "Oh? Well go ahead and tell me about it, Genesis. I'd be happy to hear what you've decided."

Genesis took a deep breath before replying. This was a big step for him, whatever he decided would be the coarse he set for the rest of his life. He was...nervous to say the least but he took that as a good sign. If he wasn't he would know that this path wouldn't be right for him. "Well, my goal in the end...would be to take your job Keiji-Sama. I wish to learn to lead this village. I am not one for the Sneaking around of ANBU, I wish to help this land which I love. I know I have a long way to go and until I get to that point I will not give up" The determination in his voice would leave no room for doubt that he really meant what he said and that he was prepared to defend his dream to the death. Genesis had taken the first step in this path, and oh what a long path is was

The other seemed nervous, which was perfectly natural of course. Keiji would wait patiently until the other finally spoke about what his dream would be. It was surprising to hear the other wanted to have his job. Well, perhaps not that surprising but he was the only one so far who verbally said he wanted it. Raising a brow he said "Admirable. But what will you do in the meantime as you rise through the ranks? You'll do missions I'm sure, but will you also teach genin?" Hopefully the other understood that it would be awhile before realizing his dream.

Unless a kage was ousted, stepped down, or died, then transference of leadership would not happen for a long while. Yet it was good that the other knew what he wanted to do with his life. Smiling softly again Keiji said "Well, I'm glad that you know what you wish to do in the future. I'm sure you'll turn out to be a worthy successor."

Genesis scratched the side of his head, the question as to what he would do between now and the time he became a kage was up for discussion"Well there are a few things I would like to do. I would like to take on some dangerous mission, but I also need some experience managing shinobi in this village. So I hope to become your assistant, doing personal missions for yourself and taking up tasks that are to menial for you yourself to partake in but too large to ignore. Believe me I can handle it. And, maybe, once I have a good deal of experience under my belt I can become your advisor"

Listening as the other explained his plans, Keiji gave an approving nod. "That sounds like it would work." If Genesis became his assistant, he could see how things were run around the village. Then he could give his opinion and learn more as an advisor. "We'll just have to see how it goes. In the meantime, have you given any thoughts to forming a team maybe? Or meeting other genin?"

Genesis bowed his head in gratitude for the Seniors approval. When he asked about forming teams he was already ready to answer for he had put alot of time into this"I feel that we should base teams upon the missions they par-take in. If it were up to me I would form a team of pure front line fighters. Men who could deal the most damage in the quickest time. They would be our strike force. If you so wish, I would lead that team. I also think that we must revive our medical core. In battle they would be invaluable and I do not think enough shinobi are pursuing the field of being a medic" A strike force with the purpose of pure battle in mind would be devastating on the battle field. Of coarse that would not be the only squad formed but the rest would provide smaller roles

Apparently the other had given plenty of thought on a fairly large matter of things. Since Genesis was quick to reply with his answer. Giving some thought to the other's ideas for a front line sort of team, Keiji stood up from his desk and went over to his file cabinet. "We're already taking care of a medical corps, Genesis. Former yukikage and jounin advisor to me, Fuji no Yuki, already approached me with the idea and plans. She has everything thought out and there is another medic genin in the village, so she has a pupil."

Coming back to his desk with three separate files in hand, he set them down and picked the one at the top up first. "If you wish to form your team, then I have three shinobi that might work for the front lines. The first candidate that came to mind is a male by the name of Junichi Aburame. Not only does he have the Aburame bloodline to control bugs, but he is shown to also excel in ninjutsu and use puppets. I imagine he'll be a bit reclusive if he's from the Aburame clan, but get past that and I'm sure he's a nice guy."

Setting that file aside, he picked up the second one and opened it "Someone else who might be suited for the front lines, is Miss Ekiguchi here." Motioning to the girl cleaning his office he went on to say "She uses genjutsu yet also uses taijutsu, good to have that variety on the front lines." Setting that file aside, he picked up the final one he had pulled out and opened it. "The final person I would recommend for a front line team, is a girl by the name of Shimiru Yuki. She has a knack for ninjutsu but also has the Hyouton bloodline." The team Genesis was building would be good for the front lines, but they might also handle escort missions or take out bandits if they needed to. Setting down the last file on top of the other two, he folded his hands on his desk and asked "What do you think?"

Genesis was pleased with the news on the medical cores rebirth, it would prove invaluable to have in the coming years. Whats more the Yukikage seemed ready and eager to help him with his Strike Team idea. The profiles of the ninja and their abilities sounded impressive indeed but he needed a bit more then that"With all due respect Keiji-Sama, while I am sure that their battle readiness it acceptable I am more interested in their personalities. Who they are as people more so then what they can do. This team will need discipline and team work as its first priority and I cannot have anyone, no matter how skilled they are, think any other way. Unless you have a psyche evaluation on profile I will have to personally pay them a visit myself" Genesis's words were wise for someone of his age, a skilled hot shot would get killed but even a novice yet disciplined shinobi could improve. He took a seat and looked over to the girl on the ground, Ekiguchi he said her name was. Taijutsu and Genjutsu eh? Yes that might just work out in the long run, but like he said, who she is is more important then what she can do

The other was indeed wise, it showed just how much thought he had given to this team. "There are notes made by the teachers from the academy on how these genin have acted. But what good are they?" Leaning back in his seat, Keiji continued "If you were to immediately write off every genin that did not show discipline or was not as much of a team player as you would like, well... you'd most likely write off every genin that came out from the academy. The academy does not mold students into what they might think to be the perfect shinobi. And teams do not immediately start off as perfect. What makes an ideal team is molding. Even the wildest shinobi can show loyalty to the team and discipline. Look at those from the Inuzuka clan. The best way to know for sure if they'll work in a team with you, is to get to know them."

Genesis nodded, what the man said was true. He could not expect them to meet his standards right off the bat, he would have to train them to operate as a unit. Still, if he did not see the potential to excel he would discard them no matter how skilled they were"Of coarse. I will set about it immediately" Genesis stood from his chair and bowed once to his Kage"Oh also, if you can, could you make this give me some credit towards my advancement? I do not expect money but the faster I become a Chuunin the better and I think forming an entire team warrants it" He smiled once more at the kage before saying"Good day Keiji-Sama" And leaving

"We'll see. First form your team." replied Keiji, smiling and bidding the other good bye before he left. Whether the other was ready to become a chuunin yet, he was not sure since the male had just started. However, if his team proved themselves capable, then he would give them interesting missions.

A clone of Genesis entered the office, pride on its face at the message it was relaying"Sir, the team if formed. Junichi and Shimiru have agreed to join. We now await your orders for our first mission"
