Vince looked at the tamer with the Patamon. "Never underestimate a digimon..." He said with a harsh, calm voice. He looked the tamer square in the eye and Nightmare's attention turned towards the Patamon. "Never underestimate anyone for that matter..." He repeated. He had just stumbled there by accident, but trouble usually follows him everywhere, it just needed to catch up. And here was the trouble, another tamer picking a fight with him and judging his digimon. His fist were clenched together, he was ready to fight along side Nightmare. "It's your call..."

Vince wanted to grab his words and choke on it. "In other words, bunch of garbage..." Vince looked at him. "I don't have to have a reason for being here..." Vince gave a small reply. He really didn't have a reason to be there. He noticed the Veemon over by a Tokomon. Nightmare let her guard down a little, putting away her weapon, but still was on guard. Something about them, she didn't trust. Vince, it was hard to earn his trust in the first place so she didn't have to worry about him much. Vince took a small step forward and looked at the tamer, Gage. He gave a small light smile. "One thing is for sure thought...If I was an enemy, don't you think I would've attacked by now..." Simple thinking was something he was good at...and pointing out the obvious. He could think deeply, but he didn't feel like it.

“Patamon!” Gage stated quickly and clearly, he had his digimon has developed such a close relationship that they could basically read each others minds simply by the tone of their voices. Knowing instantly that Gage was asking him to return the favor to the Black Chessmon, Patamon backed down for his defensive stance and walked back over to the fire where it returned to nibbling on its apple. Gage simply smiled as he removed the Heads up display form his ear and returned it to his equipment bag, “There are many paths to victory, and most of them do not take a direct route...”

Kazuki didn't know what had just happened, but went along with it. He was afraid and scared to do this, but he used his guts and walked over to Gage. While shivering and nervous he says to Gage, "H-H-Hi. I'm Kazuki... Umm. Your probably wondering what I was doing... W-Well, I saw Nagato and I thought I might just come over and say hi to him since I hadn't seen him a while..."

MegaGargomon did the same as Patamon and QueenChessmon by backing down. He De-Digivolves back to Terriermon and quietly waits by a tree. Wounds were still all over him. Pain struck Terriermon in the chest where the poison mark from Gulfmon was still there.

Ronmaru laughed. He just sat there and laughed for a few moments, then his face turned serious again.
"You all can argue over trivial things, can't you?"
Ronmaru chuckled along with falcomon. He then remembered what gage said about the HUD things, and looked over at him.
"project firewall? By the sound of it, it is probably a group, organized to defeat viruses and other evil things in the digital world. But I'm not interested in that..."
Ronmaru stood up, and walked over to gage, and started to examine his digi-hud.
"Simply fascinating...A digi-hud, you called it? Well, in my years, I made something a bit similar to it, but it's junk compared to that."
Ronmaru dug in his bag, and pulled out an eyepiece of his own. This eyepiece had dents and scratches all over it, and its metal surface looked very old, even from far away.
"Yeah, it's been through quite a bit of use...I'll show you how mine works."
Ronmaru connected the eyepiece, and the lens flipped down over his eye, the purple lens not revealing his eye, as a complicated code was projected in front of him. He looked at patamon, and a voice spoke from the eyepiece.
"Patamon, rookie level digimon. Current digivolution capability: Seraphimon. Different type of data detected, DNA capabilities optimized, lightning digi core detected."
Ronmaru's eyes opened wide at the last statement.
"Lightning...digicore...that's only in one digimon...and the only way to use a digicore...is to....delete."
Ronmaru stared in horror at Gage.
"You...killed...azulongmon?"

"Data malfunction, user's data count multiplying rapidly...malfunction, digisoul overdrive now accessable."

"All right then. Digisoul, charge! Overdrive!"

"Falcomon, digivolve to....Ravemon!"

Ronmaru backed away from gage, the expression of horror replaced with anger.
"Now, gage, I don't want to attack, I just want an explanation of why patamon has azulongmon's data inside him."

(Intended to be news to gage.)

Gage gave a look of confusion toward his Patamon, “Azulongmon’s Data? Fascinating! Maybe a side effect from using the Core..?” He mumbled to himself. He almost didn’t notice Ravemon’s evolution he was so lost in thought, but Ronmaru’s threats didn’t go unnoticed. “You seem to have already made up your mind about all of this, I see no reason to explain myself to you.” Gage Gathered up his bag and walked over toward Jonny, “Things are getting a little heavy here” he whispered into Strykers ear, “are you ok to walk, I think its about time we get out of here...”

Kazuki glances at Ronmaru and then at Gage. He didn't know what was going on and what this Core thing was either. Everything they said was all strange. "Azulongmon's data in Gage's Patamon?" Kazuki wonders in his mind. "How is this possible?" He then hears that it may be a side effect from using Core. "What is Core and how does it work?" The conversation Ronmaru and Gage had were all things Kazuki didn't understand. He hadn't known there were such things. Questions kept popping up, one after another, wondering all types of thoughts.
