Well, they seem to be playing coy for the officers. Maybe because of this competition they keep talking about.
Why should that make any difference?

Well, maybe you wouldn't get it Leko.... or Ayami for that matter. There still are some humans in this, though.
Humans that drink regularly.
Even so. Humans have their limits.
No one died from the drinking game that used to go on at the booty bar on a more frequent basis, so this likely won't be much more dangerous.
