I was hanging out with my friend and she was like "Have you heard of My Chemical Romance?" I was really lost so we watched Life On The Murder Scene. All of it. And I fell in love with their music!

When I first heard MCR it was on MTV, I was bored that I was watching the show and they were there going to perform I'm Not Okay live and they were awesome. After a few month then hearing Helena i had to buy their album then I went to buy their first album smile

I was listening to the radio and the DJ said "Okay here's the new My Chmical Romance single... it's called "Welcome to the Black Parade". I listened to it and I was like "Oh this is pretty cool." Then I heard it a couple more times on the radio and it became my favorite song. My friend told me to buy The Black Parade CD, and I did, and from then on... an obsession grew. I bought all of their CDs and some merchandise, and now I'm saving up for Life on the Murder Scene and some more merch. So.... I've only been a fan for a couple months but I'm already a die-hard ha ha I really wish I had the money to go to Projekt Revolution.

at school, outside the commonroom talking to a mate, and they played it inside, we sorta screamed at each other and sang and danced to it... it was the first time i heard it in full, i'd just heard bits and pieces here and there, and loved it from the start...
we we're in fits of laughter 'cause of the looks we got!! lol

I randomly caught MCR on TV one day . . . . it was the video "Helena". I fell in love! But then I got busy with life and MCR seemed a thing of the past and I didn't hear nothing from them (thats how busy I was).
Then my friend Mitch came up to me randomly one day about a year or so later and said, "Have you heard of My Chemical Romance? They just came out with a new CD." So of course I tackled him and we became our personal MCR fanclub, since we are the only ones in our town that like them it seems. I went to their concert in Cleveland in February. IT ROCKED!

i was cleaning my room and watching mtv when i heard gerard's pretty singing voice. i looked up and saw the Helena video. i sat on my bed and started watching. when it came to the part where helena started dancing, i cried. the video was so beautiful. i vowed then and there that i would own a mcr album. i searched and searched and found sweet revenge and bullets at target.
and the love just continued to grow.... heart crying heart crying heart crying heart

MTV. It was the day I'm Not Okay premired.
I was like "Wow, is that Micheal Jackson?" then I turned it off and left for school.
(i was a real idiot)
Then I was talking about it with my friends at school that day.
I watched the music video that afternoon and loved their sound.
I've been listening to them ever since.

A friend of mine begged me to listen to them...
And after listening to 'House Of Wolves', I was hooked.
They became my second favourite band. heart

my mom told me to look up the song Helena on youtube, because she wanted to see the music video or something like that, and ever since then they have been one of my favorite bands

in '05, i watched house of wax. i heard "helena" at the very end of it, and instantly fell in love, but i didn't know the song name, or the band name.
THEN, last year, i was watching t-minus rock on mtv, and i was like, OMG! this is the song i fell in love with but didn't know the name of! so then i went to wal-mart and found bullets. my mom was liek, u sure that's the on u wanted? and i said no. but i'll take it anyway!!!!
i've been a fan ever since. xD i love them so much. heart

Okay, so in 7th grade I saw the I'm Not Okay(I Promise) video on Mtv and since then they've been my favorite band! (yep, just like that!)

I got into MCR recently, probably just a few weeks ago. I go on another forum, where this girl I know on there absolutely just -loves- them. So one day, I was trying to listen to some new music, and MCR was one band I started listening too, and that's how it becameeee.

I met this kid senior year. Completely gorgeous, all the girls wanted him. Y'know, that type. We became friends, and at one point he was like 'You're coming to see My Chemical Romance with me in February!' And I was like 'No way. None of that mainstream crap plz.' But he eventually got me to actually listen to them, and I was hooked. We became closer, and by the time the concert rolled around, we were inseperable hanging out everyday types. We saw them twice in concert together.
