From what I read on page 1 you have to be 50 to gain Elder status -- I have 3 bras and a pair of panties that want to apply 4laugh
Hi, Tess here. Will be 57 in October -- Creeping quickly into the 'my body is shot but my brain is...what was I saying?' stage of life. Recently retired and love it. Look forward to having some fun in here!

I am 50 years and 21 days old. Am I old enough to join this portion of the guild?
I have been on Gaia since July 2004.

I think that once you turn 50 you are over 50. Shirastardust, we will bow to LilBrat's decision, but that is my input and I am sticking to it xd
Sunday morning and I am up before 7! What is wrong with me! Good grief. Going to play on the puter for a bit whilst drinking a cup of java then off I go to parts unknown....unknown to ya'll, known to me

Ultra Fabu Hello! I'm 46, Texan and still trying to learn my way around Gaia. I'm really new to forums... I have grandchildren! eek What am I doing here?!!??!?!?!? You are enjoying yourself as anyone our age should do. biggrin My 20 and recently turned 30 yo got me started in Gaia. I still don't know how to do everything, but I have fun in the areas that I have figured out. This is my first guild. My daughter was shocked that I hadn't joined a guild yet. I guess I had just met so many teeny boppers that I didn't think that there was anyone my age on Gaia. This guild was a wonderful find. Now I don't feel like I am the only one my age out there having fun on Gaia.

It's so nice to meet all you geezers who still love to play and have a sense of humor about yourselves.
Have any of you seen The Bucket List? My favorite thing on the list was "laugh until I cry." The older you get the more you need to laugh at yourself. I say pray about the serious things going on in the world and laugh at the crazy things. mrgreen

We bow down to Ceymour...oh ouch, someone help me back up, my poor knees!
Shirley: Hi and I enjoyed the movie The Bucket List also. What a great inspiration to us as we head into our autumn and winter years. Laughter is what keeps me going and going and going, Laughter is my Duracel.
