I'm in the USA... Death Note was aired in all of it's entirely, back in 2007 and 2008. And I enjoyed the series so much, that when it ended, I read the manga too. The manga is much better than the series, but just a bit better. They did play the anime series pretty close to the original manga, after all. 3nodding
