Uuugh. I haven't been feeling well for the last few days and I have no idea why, and I really didn't feel like excersizing at all today. But whatever, maybe this'll give my blister a chance to heal.

Oh man, I was just looking back at some of my old entries for this, and I was, like, terrible about getting excersize in every day. I've come a long way! biggrin Also, I'm gonna change the way I count my waters per day. Instead of being out of 8 glasses, it's gonna be out of five 16.9 fl oz bottles. 3nodding

Aaaargh. I was gonna try and fill in the past three days, but I couldn't remember much of what I ate. I could remember how much i excersized, though: NOT AT ALL. Omgggg. I think I like, gained back all the weight since my last goal. Then again, that could just be my scale being retarded. But whatever. I'm back on track now (how many times have I said that? sweatdrop ). I'm really gonna have to work my butt off if I want to make my goal by May 20, though. confused

Man, I ate like, almost the exact same thing as yesterday. xd Oh well, not much more than that in the house unless I wanted to actually cook, which I didn't. I like that soup, though, it's really filling but there isn't much fat and there aren't many calories in it. 3nodding Aaaand... I'm not gonna be able to excersize 'till Saturday. cry That'll make like 4 days in a row without it! gonk Buuut... I have been eating pretty healthily the last few days, so whatever. confused

Oh man. I HAD SO MUCH LUNCH. domokun I went to a fashion show thing that included lunch and it was, like, rich people food with a bajillion courses (that you don't even get to choose!). So I didn't have that much for dinner. Aaaand... I think my blister is like 100% better but OMG today I got the worst stitch in my side like 15 minutes through excersizing and every 5 minutes after that. I had to like stop for 30 seconds or so each time. xp

Woo! I'm gonna start doing 45min of excersize every day instead of 30min (unless I have a SERIOUS time issue, but it had better be damn serious 'cause it's only 15 minutes more domokun ). Also.. not a bad day. The hamburger was from a good restaurant, so I'm not concerned about it. And... that cereal was yummy. I just had to have more. Frosted mini wheats are healthy enough, right? X) Aaaand... I didn't drink nearly enough water. And that's all. Oh, yeah, and I do NOT have time to excersize tomorrow. Well, I do have time to excersize, I just don't have time to shower after, which I'd need to do 'cause I have band rehearsal in the evening and I wouldn't want to be all sweaty. razz

I ate pretty healthily today but I ate waaaaay too much. whee But oh well, I made up for it by finding time to excersize today when I thought I didn't have time. I won't get as much sleep as I should, but psh, I'll still get almost 8 hours. And... OMG. I'm really hoping my scale is crappier than I thought, 'cause it keeps saying I'm back at 180 even though I've been doing pretty well lately. ;_; I'm never gonna get my goal on time! I'm gonna see if I can get to the drug store sometime 'cause I think there's one of those public scales there that you put a quarter into. sweatdrop

Not nearly enough water today (and junk food omg gonk ) but there is good news! Along with the weight training class (that I sure as hell better get into; stupid colleges and their stupid prioritizing of actual college students instead of high school students! evil ), my mom won a couple things for me at a silent auction fundraiser today! First is 10 classes at this place called "cardio-barre", it's like a workout with a ballet bar, and it sounds like a lot of fun (especially since I used to do ballet 3nodding ). Second is some type of gym membership that I haven't looked much into yet. But yes! Yay. 3nodding
