a lot of the first ones are DA stock accounts that I use to study from, I usually say in the description if it leads to n***s or not. The bottom stuff is other resources found around the internet smile . Hope it helps!

I don't know if we can recommend books, but probably the best book for anatomy would be Anatomy for Artists: A Complete Guide to Drawing the Human Body by Barrington Barber. I recently got the book and it gives you the most in-depth information you need to know about the human body when it comes up to the skeletal structure and muscles. It's a little bit of a self teaching because it's not very reading-heavy, but you get every possible muscle you would need to know to draw the human body. It isn't specifically anime style or anything, but I still think it'll help with anatomy and such for the style.
