On his author listing it says the next one is Skin Game and is supposed to come out sometime this year.

Well, that's good. Hopefully it doesn't get postponed! Eek!

I went back and reread Storm Front, man have they grown up!

I should do that.... I want to, but I need to finish the books I'm in the middle of. I've started this habit where I start a book, get bored, and either skip parts and read the ending, or just stop reading it and start an entirely different book. So I'm in the middle of like four books right now. n.n" Oops. And I still have something like 40 on my to-read shelf... it just keeps growing and I can't keep up!

I have that problem too, but it seems to come and go. I wish I knew what was causing this to happen. Maybe it's boredom? After a while it seems like I can tell what's going to happen in new book before I even read it.

I'm really surprised about the path Molly's taken from rebellious teen to the Winter Lady. Gotta say that twist took me by surprise.

Me too! I didn't entirely like that one. It didn't make much sense to me. Like. Since when is she a faerie? How is she a suitable candidate for carrying the Winter Lady's mantle? I didn't really get it. That's why I felt like I should re-read the past books. Maybe there's some clues in the older books as to why that worked out.

Or maybe not.

I don't remember her having any fey in her, but neither did Loyd or Dresden and they were both the Winter Knight.

But isn't Winter Knight specifically a mortal? I feel like I remember that being part of the job requirements. But it's not part of the Ladies' requirements. Although I guess he never really went into that. Maybe re-reading Summer Knight would clarify, since that was the best mention of all the positions....

Maybe, I'll have to do more rereading too. But Mab mentions a few times in Cold Days that she used to be mortal.

Yeah, near the end when Dresden asks if it was hard for her to gank Meave.
