Once or twice but i was with my friend. This guy just walked past me a few times and then his friends came up beside him and they stopped about 5 feet away from me and started singing this stupid rap song. I just gave them a look and they left me alone...I don't go anywhere much so i get left alone...Unless my dad invites people over...His friends are always creepy assholes.

I couldn't afford the risk pay.

Lol, true, and replacement of clothes for when she gets set upon in the bathroom
Anime fan girls are vicious. -_- I can't even go with the beard anymore, because I look like a character from Bleach when I do. -_-

I get harrassed/stalked/"fan-girl'd" by a lot of girls. It's really awkward, given that the type of girls who do such are typically the types of girls I dislike.

You think you got I bad, I look like pretty much every anime villain going. I go to conventions, to buy some comics, speak to dealers and generally pot about. Every 5 minutes a fan girl barrels into me shrieking 'MY BISHIE!' I've since developed very good peripheral vision and learned to side step at the last minute, though one or two still get through. -_-

I know what that's like myself. I was, literally, dive-tackled by a girl at a convention once. And random "OMG GLOMP" and "MY BISHIE" aren't uncommon for me either. But the dive-tackle was just... annoying, at the least, not to mention unsafe.

Were it some thug in the street, I'd just smash them into the ground, but I can't hit 15 year old girls... its worse the fact the dodgey looks I get because of it, big 6'5'' guy, obviously in his twenties, little teenie girls hugging him... hows that gonna look? D:

Only really determined creeps, or complete nutcases try and hit on me. I have a very good glare, and in last resorts a face that a psychopath would have while they imagined disemboweling you.

I've been accosted TWICE in the past two days.

It's not like I wear low cut tops or anything. Usually, I'm quite conservative in dress (mostly "corporate goth"), but I occasionally wear short skirts and my funky goth boots. The odd day I will wear something really funky, like stripey socks and GLOL style skirt. There are other women on the street dressed far more skankily than I (I dunno, maybe they are creep magnets too).

Does the all black thing make me look like a cheap hooker or something? It's something my mom often worries at me about, my style getting too much attention on the street. If push came to shove, I wouldn't be afraid to use a few self defence moves, but generally I avoid the creeps in the first place with my creep radar, or if they're unavoidable, ignore them. If they start talking to me or approach me (the guy yesterday was following me, till I raised my voice and told him to leave me alone), I will say in a *very* firm tone of voice, "Leave me alone," and that seems to work. I always keep my cell phone at the ready, and try not to walk out in dangerous areas at night.

So, fellow goth girls, tell me what you do to get rid of creeps on the street.

Arrrrrgh!!!

punch them in the face. with the heel of your hand. on their nose. you know, if push comes to shove... of course i scare off people i dont want around me in the first place...

Poor you. I just don't understand people who do that. The most I'd do is say I like your clothes, talk to you or maybe a picture (only if you were in costume and agreed to it) I think its rude and disrespectful. If you know them fine.

Interesting dont ya think.....

Some times I wish the majorite of most of us guys would smartin up, in some areas. But Girls you haveta realize, theres not much chance of that happening, becuase you cant teach a dog new tricks (Half the time).

But not all guys are like that......and dont worrie if you think you ladys have problems with this, guys can go through it just as much.

I just like to say it happens to girls more often becuase we'll I beleave girls have more respect when it comes to most things.

And I heard that from some of you's that some the times there drunk men. well They say Taquila makes womens clothes fall off, we'll beer makes men horney I guess, Becuase hey Its drinking thinking, and thinking is exactly what there not doing.

Good luck to all you lovley ladys.......I plz watch out becuase there are alot of sick bastards out there who will try to do more then look you up and down so becarful.

Thank you ^_^

Yah, I was at a casino once and some drunkard started following me around, I got a gaurd to stop him though. Then I went back to my room and read a book...*well that was very anti-climatic*

I was looking at halloween stuff in an art store and this guy that looked like a 40-year old goth came up to me and said something. I was gonna check him out but I started at his feet and he was wearing dirty white sweatsocks with cheap black Mary Jane sandals. I was confused and I walked away.

i often find myself in awkward situations such as many of those afore mentioned...i despise men who feel the need to degrade women or intimidate them to make themselves feel more macho. i am a real, living being; i have a brain, i have talents, i have fears and i have hopes. not just a pair of tits and a nice a**. and the good men out there have my sympathy: it is a tragedy that a few rotten apples will ruin the barrel for some.

Hah, wow...
I'm glad others have this problem.

I have a facebook account and about every week or two I get a message along the lines of "I've always wanted to f*ck a kinky goth girl." Now, I expect that type of thing from myspace, but these are from guys in my school, one of whom was is one of my classes last semester.

It creeps me out. ^.^
