Yes, I have friends that like and don't like yaoi. I usually respect their boundaries when it comes to such. However, since most of my friends are perverts - I'm allowed to make a lot of bad jokes as I wish.

So it's all fine and dandy. If they don't like it, they don't like it. I try and warn them of when I'm obsessive too. Especially one of my little guy friends who I'd rather not give disturbing imagery too.

Hmmmmm, yeah I think they all do...
Maybe not as 'intensely' as I do... but ehhhh.
I can at least watch Gravitation with them. ^__^;;

If you even SAY yaoi, most of my friends would glomp you and steal it! One of my friends whos leaving the country soon ((( crying ))) said "If you find any good yaoi pictures Id better see them!!!!!! If I dont then Im gonna steal all of yours!!!!!!!! scream " she LOVES it!!! To be perfectly frank, in my group of rl friends, anyone who can't at least tolerate yaoi and the like isn't really welcome. Not because we're closed-minded at the opposite end of the spectrum, but rather, because we're open-minded, and generally avoid associating with people who cramp that style, if you get my meaning.

I have a lot of gay, bi, and lesbian friends, so it's hard to find someone in my "circle" who doesn't like shounen-ai and yaoi at least a little. <3
I can name one person we haven't fully converted, and I really don't like her anyway, because she's... well, closed-minded and very religious about EVERYTHING. And very talkative and opinionated. About EVERYTHING.
