some people consider Gaara still evil. If thats the case then Gaara is my favorite evil character! if not then it would be either Itachi or Haku.

My rating of who is my favorite evil character*haha Itachi is the lowest, but I still like him better than all the other evil characters. Besides Gaara and Haku*:
