The closer they got, they would hear the chanting getting faster.

"Right now, focus on stopping that figure. Dan's life is depending on it." She said with a frown. "Be careful. I'll catch up soon."

"Then we must stop it." Xena's eyes would soon change from a sapphire blue into a glowing greenish color as she would make herself intangible to go through the wall. Drawing out the sai the other Raph gave her, she would toss it at the caster in hopes of stopping the ritual.

The person grunted as they were hit with the sai. They would turn and glare at Xena, revealing themselves to be a deep one. He made a gurgling noise at Elizabeth before thrashing around to try and free it's self.

Xena's eyes widen upon seeing that the figure was a Deep One. "No way..." She murmured while Elizabeth used chains to bind the Deep One. She then drew out her sword and pointed it at the Deep One's throat. "Are you the one who attacked my father?" She asked.

"Mordiggan rewardssssssss well for the deathhhhhh of your father." the deep one hissed as he continued to try and escape from Elizabeth.

"Tell me about that crystal you used on him, and how it can be reversed." She said before she would make a cut long the Deep One's neck, but not to the point he would bleed to death. "If you value your life, you will answer." She then looked at Elizabeth. "Hang in there."

Elizabeth nods her head and then takes in a breath. She holds a hand up and a ball of darkness appears in her hand. "Darkness restraints, rank two." After she says those words the chains changed, what looked like muscle and eventually skin appeared on them, they now looked like massive boa constrictors. She began to sweat as she did this. "This should work better, I do not use it often."

Elizabeth took notice of the tentacle at the last moment and tried to form a shadow scythe, she would slash at the tendril as well.

Wlizabeth landed with a brunt and then stood up. She tilts her head to the side and sighs after seeing the large mass. "I am unsure as to whom this may be." She checks herself for injuries then gets out a blood bag and drinks it fast. "What do you recommend?"

Elizabeth has the shadow pythons squeeze the life from the Deep One. "I see, there may be an option." She bites her index finger as she dodges the tendrils until she can get into a position to draw an elder sign on one. Elder signs had the power to make Great Old Ones fearful, it may just help them escape, at least she hoped.

There was a screech from the Great Old one as Elizabeth drew her symbol. It started to quickly retreat.

A deep one ran at Xena with a crystal blade. "You'll die!"

As he got close, there was a flash of red light, then a black clad arm wrapped around Xena and another come up for the blade to sink into instead, though the armor plating kept it from sinking too far in. "Not taday, a*****e."

There was a screech from the Great Old one as Elizabeth drew her symbol. It started to quickly retreat.

A deep one ran at Xena with a crystal blade. "You'll die!"

As he got close, there was a flash of red light, then a black clad arm wrapped around Xena and another come up for the blade to sink into instead, though the armor plating kept it from sinking too far in. "Not taday, a*****e."

Xena watched in interest on how Elizabeth was drawing a sign with her blood before she saw the tendril coming her way. Making herself intangible once more, she allowed the tendril to go through her harmlessly before she went back tangible. The sign Elizabeth drew caused the Great Old One to screech, causing it to quickly retreat.

The Deep One Elizabeth held had the life squeezed from it, though another ran at Xena with a crystal blade. She was about to draw her own blade until a flash of red light caught her attention. She then felt an arm wrapped around her while another come up for the crystal blade to sink into instead, yet the armor plating kept it from sinking too far in. Her eyes widen for a moment upon hearing the voice. "Raph?" Turning her attention back on the Deep One, she would attempt to cut off the Deep One's arm, the one holding the crystal blade. "You're going to tell me how to reverse the effects of the crystal you used on Dad." She said, pinning her ears back.

Elizabeth watched as the Elder Sign successfully made the Great One retreat. She then watches as Xena was rescued. "We must hasten and escape, the Elder Sign will not last forever, we need to regroup and replan. We can take it a long and interrogate it if you wish."

Raph watched as it's arm got cut off, then moved his to grab the creature by it's neck. Hearing Elizabeth, he nodded before looking at Xena. "Aight. Ya heard ya friend. Let's go. I don't feel like dealin wit that tentacled a*****e again."
