Blinking lightly she canted her head and returned the prolonged eye contact. Studying the strange woman much like she was being studied. Though her attention was pulled from the strange woman upon being offered a cup of tea. Taking it with a smile she nodded,"Thank you Sumire." As far as nobles went, Sei actually liked Sumire a bit. She wasn't like most nobles in the case of Ranmaru who she still thought of as a bit of an a**.
Though his comment calling her one of the best trackers in the samurai arsenal was interesting and caused the woman to blush, just a tad. However she would quickly bury it in a quick sip of tea before she finally decided to chime in. Offering a bit more explanation on their troubles tracking it. Clearing her throat she began,"The issue is, as my comrade said. Using sensory methods proves pointless due to its scale, and without extremely refined senses, its very easy to get confused on which signature your tracking once you enter the area its presence is thickest in. If you think of it as radar its like tracking a radar signature the size of your screen, while there are dozens upon dozens of other pings on the same screen. Its very much a case of sensory overload. Speaking of the other yokai. That also leads to another problem and a solution at the same time. Tracking its general area is so simple that a new tracker could do it. You just have to follow the massive signature. Then the tracks the smaller yokai themselves make. However I will be entirely honest with you all. I am not entirely convinced this Yokai has a physical body. To compress this much chakra into a single body you would be looking at something comparable, in my estimates, to a bijuu."
Taking another sip of her tea she continued,"IF you are going to assist us in hunting and bringing it down somehow, I would recommend sending in about five squads to thin out the smaller yokai. This will reduce the feedback on the sensors. Rotate your strike teams out if you have to. Thin the herd out enough and we may be able to either lure it out, or get a solid enough location to track it down. Of course you will need to setup a cordon around the area to prevent new yokai from entering."

Sumire heard someone cried out as she frowned softly. Her legs twitched softly but she remained where she was. A woman had burst in and she almost jumped onto her heels, not sure if she was under attack or not. No. They weren't under attack. It was some woman, clearly in distress as she was unable to get the words out. As the woman snatched the teacup from Ranmaru, Sumire let out a soft gasp as her hand went over her mouth, her eyes widen in surprise. She was honestly surprised that Ranmaru didn't do anything. Then came the glare. With a nod, she stood up as she poured another tea and handed it to Ranmaru. With that, she walked back to near the tea cart and took her tea and the saucer onto her hands once more as she lowered herself to seiza position. She listened as they talked, but never spoke a word otherwise.

After being nudged back onto place, Makara would rest atop the head of the woman who had a string attached to her. It was a very exciting romp through the fields of black hair and watching the large people talk among themselves. Yet Makara would grow bored of it eventually, a waggle of her red tendrils before she was off and about crawling down the woman's side and skittering across the floor quickly. She knew far better than to dally when much larger prey was above her, even back in her more humanoid form. The fear of being stepped on fueled her quick sprint underneath the desk. It was there that Makara would come across a much younger shape coddling a larger beast. One that Makara had never seen before. She looked up at the two and offered a friendly mlem before scurrying over towards the desk and crawling up on the far left side of it. Regardless of if the creature would follow, she soon found herself on top of the desk in question.
Now in a more interesting place, Makara made herself at home there, inspecting all the different things sitting on top of it. Her little axolotl claws pattered across papers and things while the many people talk. Everything was so strange and new...The lizard would go around from thing to thing and pick them up with her mouth, shaking it all about as if she were playing with it. Her little play session would be interrupted as a loud clanging noise came from outside the room, Makara skittering behind something for cover. Only when a few seconds had passed, did she stick her head back out. Her trot across the desk continued until she came across a large cup. Using her mouth and tongue, Makara would grab a hold of the handle of the mug and proceed to do what all of her kind did best: swinging her head around with the object. Some tea would be spilled as a result, splashing onto the desk while Makara happily made a mess and seemed to be in happier spirits than before. "Kyuu~"
With her urges content, she squirmed over to the other side of the desk and then hopped off towards the direction of a woman sitting across from the desk. Her tiny feet skittered across the floor before hopping up onto the woman again. This time, she was much quicker in her ascent. This woman's hair was much shorter and she looked to be wearing different clothing than her other friend. Confused, Makara climbed near her left shoulder and faced her again, waggling her antennae while playing with her dark bangs of hair with her head. "Kyuuuu?~" Again, the small axolotl soon made its way on top of the woman's head and came to rest again, looking across at her first friend with a rather playful look on her lizardy face. A mlem was offered, Makara flickering her tongue out while plopping down on the head of Sumire.

Eliminated? Sadayos understanding of the otherwordly was limited but her friendship with a certain ex-zealot has the woman thinking twice about just writting off something as ethereal as these formless Yokai were sounding. But exposing her village to a real, potential threat wasn't almost worth any argument against a massive threat. The opprotunity to learn about these yokai could be put on hold as long as these representatives were determined to wipe them out. Royal representatives apparently. FIve squads? Was that five squads of four or three? She nearly didn't notice the little lizard skittering down her shoulder and dress. Too much thought was wrapped up in who she needed to call on for this and who she needed to rope in for that. What defensive tactics would have to be initially deployed under these normal, heightened circumstances and what do possibly turn to if the Yokai excursion somehow got worse. "Four-man? Three-man? How bad are they? Do they bite? I'll be blunt and tell me what the most problematic yokai are that I should be prepping my people for?" She wouldn't be impressed with this were a cry for help over some horde of googly eyed and floppy tongue sentient lanterns. Pray it isn't an army of misunderstood tapirs or something. By now the little salamander Makara was pattering over papers, scurrying, and all around beginning to wreck havoc on Lahlil's desk. Sadayo wasn't aware of the itty bitty pink monster's movements until the handled cup was clopping around on the desk. The look of oh no, reget on Sadayo's face was forming slowly but surely. A tinge of doubt about whether or not she'd catch the salamander with a firm tug of her string stopped her from ripping her little pink toes of the desk. Ripping. Hurting? Would she actually hurt Makara in that form? She couldn't pull on her string! Sadayo turns her head to Lahlil with a very strange look on her face like she was trying to smile. A very pained smile with eyebrow twitchings. The heaviest strain of wanting to apologize was pressing on her but she apparently couldn't even voice a single "oops" in front of forgien guests. The pink critter scurried its way to Sumire. Sadayo just wrang her hands together slowly waiting for the guests to become offended with the additional pink colored antics.

Clem sighed as the hokage decided to lock her out by shutting the window off using some metal crud, abit disappointed by this Clem leaned back from her seated position allowing the joints in her neck to bend and bend till her head was facing downwards " My thats quite a drop....nah." Popping her head back into place then looking up she found it would be a much shorter trip it even appeared there was a nice place she could slither in. stretching out clems hands were placed on the glass chakra flowed through each finger evenly allowing her to stick to the window, The walking on walls technique clem couldn't understand why people didn't use this to its full potential but hey she wasn't a ninja so what did she know.Crawling up the building she eventually found what appeared to be a ventilation pipes near the roof, using a few tools she would pop open the guard and slid right in closing the guard behind her.
Crawling around quietly descending further and further down till the familiar sound of people talking could be heard, curious Clem listened in about this yokai stuff, personally she hadnt dealt with those kinds of things before but it was worth looking into, even when she got the general idea Clem waited till she could find the perfect time to pop in. She would eventually find that chance after the girl named Sadayo removing the vent plate was little to no trouble for clem working quietly so it wouldn't disturb anyone or alert them. Removing it and pulling it towards her before popping her head out from the now open vent. Clems gaze locked right on Lahlil while the rest of the group would have there backs facing Clem. Smiling clem slithered out hitting the floor as quiet as a mouse, moving close to the one named Ranmaru shed bend down near his head blowing his ear before finally speaking loudly to loud actually as it would sound more like a scream "HIIII FRIENDS !!!"

tabLahlil surprised but not shocked as Ranmaru spoke of their dealings as being official. Clearly these foreigners were much more quick to act than many of the nobles she had been forced to deal with, all of whom required being fined and meet with multiple times before they decided that they liked you. What was of note that Lahlol had picked up however, was the mention of there being five not two clans. Were they all not equal in power here? Or perhaps these Hogosha and Mahofu simply held the respect as peacekeepers. Whatever the case, Lahlil couldn't help but feel a bit hurt? No, disappointed was more the word she was looking for. If a long lasting alliance was seriously a consideration than they should have sent this 'former kage' to her directly. It was hard to believe there could be anyone else a better suited to the job, Ranmaru's pleasantries aside.
Idly the thought who it could be shifted through her mind along with a picture of all the past kages. As of late they seemed to be popping up right out of the ground, what with Masahiro having made himself known recently as the Fire Diyamo. It was almost like there was some garden or farm out there with some little family tending to each growing head of past kage's as if they were heads of lettuce, watering cans pouring over their tiny baby faces and all. Lahlil dismissed the thought just as quickly as it came before she started laughing inappropriately in guests.
Besides, she had more important things to worry about, like why there was suddenly a pink little lizard zipping back and forth on her desk. Oh. My. God. Nevermind not wanting a serious alliance these random distractions are what's going to be the death of me! Doong her damndest to hide her irritated eyebrow twitch, Lahlil casually shifted the items around on her desk trying her best to act natural while hiding it in just the right way that the envoy's wouldn't notice it until Lahlil could grip her hands in it. Unfortunately, bound as she was trying to not make it obvious that an intruder had snuck into the office only left her unable to snatch the lizard before it jumped on top of Sumire's head, and that wasn't even the worst of it.
As if the fates themselves were trying to conspire against her, Lahlil watched helplessly while Clem slithered her way into her office from the ventilation shaft. Long past the point of caring by now Lahlil let her head drop with a defeated 'hmph'. "Just a normal office visit with normal dignitaries is that too much? Oh, hello Clem! I didn't see you there but I'm so glad that you're back.. at this.. exact moment. You know I'm sure that Secretary Gado outside would be more than happy to discuss your payment. You can't miss him! He's the tiger." Smile bright and fake Lahlil did what she could to politely rush the mercenary out through a pair of clenched teeth. "Again, my deepest apologies Lord Ranmaru! I graciously ask that you and Lady Sei might continue sharing any information you have on their weaknesses and strengths. I am eager to deploy my squads but as I am sure Lady Sadayo would agree, I do not want to send anyone in without any preparation. Perhaps your.. uhm.. bodyguard would even be so willing as to accompany a portion of my forces through the woods to minimize any potential risk of ambush. I think it might a good opportunity to learn from one another." Learnjng opportunity indeed, after a meeting such as this the Holage felt the need to save face. No better way to do that than have them shed blood together, and if they perhaps get impressed along the way? Well that was just a bonus.

_โง Parlor Tricks ____โฆย Lahlil has become so mastered at the use of fuuninjutsu that whenever she casts a use of flying thunder god or the fuunin specific shuushin, she may leave behind or have placed at her transported location, a fuunin seal from the another ability placed automatically. This essentially changes the casting location for the paired ability while still consuming an activation and chakra. To be clear this PA makes it so that as long as she has the activation and resources to do so, Lahlil can simultaneously cast another fuunin with flying thunder god or the fuunin shuushin.
_โง Shared Information ____โฆ All information gathered by anyone who is a part of the telepathic network is shared with the group, not just that by the Yamanaka. This does require the Sensing Transmission technique from below.

This cost is applied only through an added resource count, and any situation that would otherwise require a ranked amount cannot be increased to the next rank. (i.e. assuming one has fallen victim to an A rank fuunin sealing of the body, chakra expelled in resource calculations would 80 times 1.25 = 100, but this would not otherwise require the use of an S ranked release method. Instead this extra chakra can simply be paid alongside the inital A ranked release.)ย

You are allowed to have a mirrored amount of your total ninjutsu slots granted by this class exclusively reserved for sealing. In addition, all sealing techniques are considered overwhelming when in collision with other techniques of the same rank. This benefit only applies to techniques S-ranked and below. Finally, if you are able to summon any contract summon regardless of a bloodline connection of a signed user of a summoning contract you are able to summon beings at one rank lower than normally required and 50 chakra and stamina is granted to them per rank of the summoned creature starting at 50 for D-Rank and ending with 250 for the boss summon, or 300 if a mythical summon is contracted. The user's summoned creatures are able to use any ninjutsu the user has access to that they share an element for as well as any genjutsu, taijutsu, and bukijutsu. Your summoned creature's unique techniques are considered overwhelming at S-rank and below in collisions.

In addition, should an opponent be targeted by a melee technique that is greater in rank than the target's body rank that target has tier two paralysis applied to their legs, requiring it to be broken by Kai equal to the user's body rank, costing the target no activation for that specific instance of kai.
____โฆ Infinite Perception _โง Your specialty is more in sensory than in sealing or summoning. You are able to discover things such as demon chakra, or the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank from any active sensory technique. This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemyโs ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -2 rank reduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the userโs sensory abilities. You can release yourself from genjutsu at one rank lower in kai chakra release but with no benefit in pain release. In addition, the user's sensory abilities are extended fifty feet per rank of the technique. As a master tracker, you can advance in the ninja hunter and special ops careers for half as many Oinin Butai and ANBU missions completed. Upon reaching Initiate in Oinin Butai, you gain the Eagle Eye perk innately so you can choose one other Oinin perk as well. When you use a sensory technique with jamming you can double the jamming effect, this ability applies to one technique per three posts.

Ranmaru enjoyed the spectacle of all of these shenanigans as he drank the tea Sumire poured for him once again. It truly validated his opinions on Shinobi culture. Because they do not have an established heirarchy, even the most pitiful of the commoners, like this vent crawling Clem girl, felt entitled enough to break the rules of her leader and make a complete fool of herself. If this occurred in Zaishin then that girl would have had her hands cut off as recompense for making such a scene. But, since the ninja were clearly inept at establishing a proper sense of authority, he just allowed bygones to be bygones.
Ranmaru looked to Sadayo before he responded to the kage. "If we knew what yokai we were dealing with then we could have brought the proper response team to deal with it ourselves. Regardless, Sei will be more than cooperative to share all knowledge we have on the yokai which have been reported outside of Zaishin." Ranmaru gave the huntress a knowing look to discuss the information with their head of security. "While I do not want it to appear as though we are keeping information, especially from a new ally, to list every yokai would be like listing every color in existence. Therefore, while I would be more than willing to trade the information freely with your philosophers, for the sake of convenience it makes sense to only cover the threats which have manifested in your lands."
Ranmaru pondered the question about forces. "While we can share as much information as we can about known yokai, remember that whatever threatens your woods is as much of a mystery to us as it is to your people. It is for this reason that we will need as many people as we can, but skilled people at that. It would be fruitless to send shinobi who lack the skills to defend themselves." He answered honestly. While he did not want to endanger the Konoha people, especially if they were to be an ally, he also knew that there was nothing he could really do to prepare them for what comes next. As a scholar it frustrated him to not have further information on the issue at hand. Of course, that desire to find out what was going on was what drove him to this suicidal mission in the first place.

The color faded from the room as all that remained were emerald eyes locked ablaze which grew in flames and size as they continued to stare. Just before the eyes collided with the woman and the suspenseful moment entertaining the theater of the mind dropped, Lalhil spoke up. Ranmaru instantly recomposed himself as he recalled the inquiries Sadayo suggested. With a deep breath Ranmaru forced a smile to his face.
"Oh don't be so modest. I'm sure things like this are commonplace when you allow commoners into your office." He said with a pointed smile as he shot Sumire a glare which simultaneously requested another glass of tea to those who did not know him, but to those who did it signaled that loud words were coming swiftly if he did not have tea in his hand. Keeping formalities for the sake of negotiations, he dealt with Sadayo's comments before addressing the concept of an alliance. "All Yokai can be eliminated for sure. They are just beings of chakra after all. If we could detain it then I would be beyond thrilled, but one must put aside their selfish ambitions for the sake of the future." He said assuredly. "As for how long it takes before it gets out hands, our forces sadly don't know. While we have some of the finest trackers in the Samurai kingdom, Sei included obviously, this yokai has been... tricky. We know its power scale far outranks normal yokai, to the point that its presence has been drawing Yokai like a magnet. These trees are stationary but have the ability to manipulate their branches and roots to snare and pierce their targets. These creatures generally stand eight feet tall with twelve foot, very thick tails. They generally carry broad swords. Encountering a Bozu is said to be one of the most unlucky things a human can come across as there are seldom stories of a human escaping their presence. While they are not inherently malicious they are akin to a force of nature, manipulating nature around them in disastrous ways. Bozu are never lower than C Rank in body but are often closer to S Rank. Bozu must expend chakra equivalent to their body rank to meld with an element existing within their environment that does not contain chakra. If chakra equal to it's rank is implemented into the material, the Bozu is expelled, becoming harmless. Bozu can inhabit Earth, Water, Wind, Fire, Lightning, Ice and Sand. 'Oh a tiger filing papers. That's new. ' That's really all the recognition Karuto gave to the Hokage's gatekeeper as he breezed past the desk and into her office. While he wasn't one to shirk his duty, he loved the whole 'Sannin' thing. It pretty much let him blow off work whenever he wanted and train 24/7. Unfortunately, as a result, Karuto now had to angle his body to get through regular sized doorways. Still, despite his proclivity towards the martial arts, he felt compelled to check in on official duties at least periodically. Which brought him here. In the room he found Lahlil and Sadayo talking with some dude in a fancy dress. Karuto threw him a quick nod "Mornin'" He said to him as he walked across the room and took his customary seat on the couch positioned against the side wall
The ever so quiet and almost hidden from the group, she stayed tensed. Unable to relax for so many years, this was the norm for her. Then she heard clattering. Her eyebrows rose in confusion as she slightly lifted herself off of the seiza position to see what was going on. There was a rather odd but resplendent creature making quite a commotion and mess on the desk. Confused, she glanced back towards Sadayo's and Lahlil's expression of what it was. Judging by the looks, it seemed that the maybe slightly annoyed but not threatened by this creature so she wasn't going to do anything.
And then it made a beeline towards her. It climbed on her as she was unsure what to do. Can she pet it? She wanted to. With a soft and warm smile, her gentle hand come to reach as she gently pet the sweet little critter. How odd! Slimy but soft! Fascinating! But it wasn't content with pets as it went up to her hair. Strange. Her head felt a bit heavy now. As Sadayo started to talk about the yokai, her hand went over to grabbed the little thing. She placed it gently on her arm so she can give it more pets and scratches, trying to figure out what this was and what it liked. 'how bad are they' Pretty bad. Do they bite? 'Some of them. Others don't even have a mouth. Some have more than one. Some bites are more deadlier. 'What was the most problematic Yokai?'
That was a hard question. Each Yokai was difficult in its own way and Sumire wished she was allowed to talk but she knew better. This culture, sure was different than her own and maybe she was allowed to talk here but the way she was raised... her lips were sealed shut. Then she heard it. Her eyes shot up towards the vent as her pupils dilated. She even stopped petting the strange being. Her ears were listening to the vent. Slowly and ever so sure, she rose her legs onto the ball of her foot. The Mahofu girl had forgotten about the strange being as her fingertips barely touched the floor. She looked like she was ready to spring. The moment she saw the vent removed and while the head was poking out, everything was a warning to her. It was then, she did some handseals as a thick and purple fog appeared by her side. There were four-foot hellhounds by her shoulders. Their eyes were of glowing purple and their teeth dark and demonized. Their barks was deep and loud. Threatening almost. They were growling as she was alert. Even as the woman said hi friends, she did not pull back, unsure of this stranger.
Then the Hokage talked. She knew this... person.
Sumire snapped out of her mindset. 'Oh. Oh no...' She looked guilty as the hellhounds faded into nothing and the fog disperse easily. She had made a grave mistake and possibly messed everything up. "Gomen-nasai" Was all she could muster up. She arose completely and went to head out but only bumped into a giant man. This caused her to yelped and moved out of the way as she headed out of the office and decided it was best for her to wait outside of the office.

They however, left as soon as they arrived. He took a few steps forward, looking around aimlessly. He was reaching out, incase he'd run into anyone or anything. Luckily he made it to the desk of the Hokage's secratary. "H-Hello? I was told to come see Lady Hokage?" He placed the small insignia he'd received from Sanburo on the person's desk. "I was told to show this thing, yeah? I dunno if it says anything, he said it was a Leaf Insignia? And to come here for Permanent Residence."

With the cup she had been swinging around coming to an end, the small creature would patter across the desk once more and go out attempting to roam about before launching herself at the woman from before. Her hair made for a wonderful nesting area, and she had very little complains about being shown affection. The woman's fingers would gently stroke her slimy, soft exterior as Makara would relax on her clothed arm. "Kyuuuu~" Her gils would twitch around while Makara herself would adjust herself so that she could receive proper pets and scritches on her side, head, and her belly. She even tried to play with the woman, using her tiny mouth to gently hold onto the fingers and shake her head around with them. Of course, she was careful not to use her sharp chompers on her! During this, Makara looked at Sadayo and offered another mlem of content. Her antics appeared to have ended, now replaced with a desire for more affection.

The Hokage's abode was much nicer to look at than he thought it would be.
The jiongu lived out his days in the land of waves and wasn't at all familiar with Japanese architecture of any sort. While dazzling in its way, it also led to him having some issues with directions due to not understanding many of the signs placed around the village. Big surprise, it took him long enough to learn the language of his old home. Kirigakure strayed away from kanji and much of its design was based on the Sero, so there weren't many comparisons to be drawn for his benefit. The sights he perceived on the way were almost baffling, too. Busy streets, children openly playing, a merchant calling for his attention every five or so seconds. People felt protected. It gave him an idea of how different all shinobi villages must have been to one another.
The sound of crashing water was present even as he entered the mansion and it created an atmosphere that wasn't unfamiliar. Experience with kage's taught him that he needed to go to the top floor so away he went. The hooded male slipped through the bustling crowd of Shinobi and civilian alike, finding his way to the stairs and ascending to the mansion's top floor. The energy was so tangible when he reached his destination that he felt the hairs on his neck stand. There were multiple people present, which wasn't a surprise, but the void created through comparisons in power was too strong. The weak stood with the strong and it didn't take experience in sensory to feel the effects.
There was no doubt in his mind that the Hokage was in the other room, probably with trusted allies and newcomers alike. He'd avoid taking up their time if at all possible. Takeda came to stop near a boy much shorter than him. Judging by the words spoken, he learned that the kage must've been a woman and that permanent residence could be provided to people who came from outside the village. "I've come to inform the Hokage that I'll be assisting the village with its shinobi missions. All I ask is to keep my cut of the Ryo for those and a place to stay for maybe a month or two. I can pay for the place. I just need to know if it's available to me." He added on to what the kid was saying, eyes scanning the strange-looking secretary from under the hood he wore. A tiger? Those of the kemono bloodline finally introduced themselves to the world during his captivity, so he had nothing to compare the secretary to aside from his old cat-eared "teammate."
"This is going to sound strange. Maybe. Strange for me, at least." He started, trying to figure out the best way to organize his words. 'What are you?' wasn't exactly polite. "I've never seen a tiger stand and dress like a man. I've seen a few people on my way here that fit the same bill. That's not even counting the guy that let me into the village who looked like he just escaped his coffin. Any light you can shed for a guy who's been living under a rock the last five or ten years?"
Current Appearance:
Takeda's face isn't easily discernible at the moment. He's wearing a dark brown travel cloak with some tears at the side and a hood attached that's currently covering his head. Even face to face with him, not much could be seen except for the lower half of his face along with his black and white bangs. Other than that, the hint of a white shirt can be seen occasionally depending on the position of his cloak. He wears black pants and boots. His demeanor is relaxed and he's visibly unarmed.

Hearing the humdrum of footsteps lightly tapping on the wooden floors drew Gado's attention up from his tea and morning paper. With one great big golden eye the tiger overlooked the first boy with a critical gaze before examining the insignia before, which clearly must have held some unseen significance to which the tiger wrinkled his nose at. "I see. Well my dear boy, I'm certain you couldn't know what this means so allow me to shed some light on the matter. It seems as though by some action on your behalf, that a member of Konoha's shinobi force has seen fit to personally vouch you. Since it seems you left an exemplary mark on this individual I can allow you a higher level of freedom than most." Rummaging through his desk drawer the secretary placed the insignia within it's confines and retrieved a small sort of book. "This passport will serve as your temporary identification as if you were a natural born citizen, and I feel I must make you aware that your actions from here on out will reflect on whoever gave you this insignia. Were I in your place I would take care not to sully their good name." His last remark was carried by it's weighty tone, and then swiftly by the awkwardness when he realized from the boy's vacant look that he was (probably?) blind. Though he dare not address the impoliteness out loud, he did make sure the the passport found it's way into Mลmoku's hand without much fumbling on his part.
Once finished with the young blind boy, the secretary turned to address the other young man, at least he thought it to be a man, hard to tell under that cloak of his, who had entered seeking an audience with the ever busy Hokage. Scratching the whiskers on his chin the tiger man gave thought into his response before reaching down to toss the boy a similar, although less decorated training badge. "Any ryo earned here is always kept by it's rightful recipienta here, but if you intend to earn a real living with shinobi missions then you must keep that badge with you until such a time as you are proven to be trustworthy. I do not believe in being dishonest so I will tell you up front that it is a means to record and possible track your actions. You'll have to forgive us but our past experiences with rogues have left us wary. Were it not for Lahlil's insistence to the contrary I suspect many wouldn't welcome them at all." It would certainly be hard road to walk and one that Gado perhaps understated out of fear for pushing the new comer away. But he would be damnded if he didn't at least give Takeda fair enough warning. Many citizens would be looking for anything they could pick up on in order to outcast him.
"This is to say, as much for your protection as it is for ours. Should you encounter any unjust attitude I please ask that you bring it to my attention so that I may settle the matter personally." It was such a dreadful thing to him when people used their humanity for such despicable acts but perhaps this was only a thought process that could be born in one who only came to understand what being a human means, by earning it. Regardless such debates would be best left for later and not when one so eager for learning displayed their curiosity to him. Carefully Gado allowed his delight at being asked of his species show upon his open face. "My my I must say you surprise me good sir! It is a rare thing indeed when another bothers to seek out knowledge of my kind. Well I shan't regale you with my full history now, but I was actually born as a full tiger. Nameless and wild I roamed the forest till I happen chanced across a mysterious structure that enlightenmented me with sentience! As to why I am dressed this way.. well I suppose that I am simply drawn to the finer aspects of human nature. Not having this knowledge and ideas have left me with deep appreciation for both. Oh, but do not allow me to color your opinion of every Kemono. How we each gain our more 'human' nature depends entirely on our seperate circumstances. I believe I have even heard tale of it working the opposite way, wherein a human became more like an animal. I of course never met such a creature personally but I do hope that sufficiently answers your question young master. Oh! and before I forget, allow me to apologize for any possible short comings in Morbus's behavior at the gates. The man takes little care of his manners or... personal hygiene." At mere mention of the corpse guard's decidedly unclean body, Gado's own shivered at the thought. Clearly a man who valued his grooming.

Kimiko sauntered into the office with her boyfriend Akio in tow, mistakenly thinking she could just drop off a bribe so she could have free reign in the village. Ueki listened close, staring off in the distance but giving the secretary every bit of his attention. He gave a big, innocent smile when he explained just what Morbus had given him. Once the explanation was over he responded with a happy. "I will do my best, sir!" And gripped his passport tight. With little else the blind boy turned and slowly made his way out of the office where he would hopefully end up at the Academy, to try and acquaint himself with the school and get enrolled.
