At this point, the rage in this woman's heart was utterly overwhelming. Meiling had no idea who had wronged her or why she was so intensely enraged on an otherwise normal day. Perhaps she had lived here and was mad at the pirates but...No, Meiling was helping fix things so that wasn't a reasonable explanation. But either way, it was becoming more and more apparent that reason would not work. She'd have no choice but to at least knock her down hard enough that she stopped long enough to calm down. She sighed softly as she adjusted her open palms now. Legs parted a bit wider, legs firm as her fingers pushed forwards and spread out more properly as her eyes narrowed towards the woman before her. Shaolin Kung Fu: Tiger Stance. She was going to strike hard and fast now, adjusting her strategy choice to try and stop her opponent completely before she would attempt further reasoning as she was shouted at.

Ignoring the crowd for now, she readied herself for the incoming charge as she inhaled, slowly and timed her breathing now. As the woman came at her, she took her left foot from the back of her stance, pivoting on the right as she performed a very powerful side kick, aimed for where the woman's solar plexus would have been, but as she kicked is when her opponent went down low, leaving the force of air pushing past instead. Glancing down quickly, Meiling immediately reinforced her entire right leg with her spirit as she pivoted from sideways to forwards when the two steel like legs clashed, making a loud clashing sound and even a small shock from the impact. Meiling had a stronger leg this time for sure as her's stopped the enraged woman's and her left leg rose up higher in front for an ax kick that she would bring down upon the woman's head at full strength, forcing her head right through the dock itself as her leg came down hard. She'd quickly shift slightly to the side as she reared back her leg again and snapped it back down on the woman's back, forcing her to smack through the wood completely and into the water below, hoping it might cool her off finally.

Furthermore, the weapon or object takes the place of the body part; i.e., Busoshoku will be applied to the weapon, not both weapon and hand, etc. Basic Busoshoku Haki can be used without the boost, but with the other effects stated in the technique, by expending [10] Spirit. [Applied to right leg; 50 Spirit spent; 200 Defense]

Summary
Meiling shifted stances and tried to kick Michelle's solar plexus, missed as she dropped low and quickly used Buso to protect her support leg. In the clash, she performed a left ax kick to Michelle's head for [150] points of damage, dropping her head through the dock before performing a quick snap kick at her back for another [150] points of damage to send her through the dicks completely.

-------- I don't quite think that this bottom world more so deserves to be happy A suggestive thought that slipped past her mind and vanished. She felt the trail of air pass over her head as the red-head missed her kick. It made Michelle smile, but when the woman blocked, her leg not only more powerful than hers, but not moving and still more powerful than hers, Michelle knew she was going to lose. It wasn't going to be fast, but her chances of winning had slimmed down to bar none. Wouldn't matter. Immediately, her arms went up to defend her head, covering her side and above her head. It looked like she was preparing her own stance, but she was doing her best to defend herself. She knew the best place she would be hit was her head, It would be the best target, if not the girls next target. Her arms took the hit, Michelle grimacing as the pain filled her arms. Pushing through, Michelle grabbed for the woman's leg, a glint in her eye. I can start with her! Michelle thought as she moved all her weight to the left, dropping the girl with her so that they would both slam into the docks. With the force, she hoped to knock the girl up. Rolling, Michelle spun under the hopefully spinning girl, extending both her legs into the girls back. She would do what she could to keep her in the air, to prolong this fight. If she could keep it going, maybe she would come to some sort of revelation. Maybe...

Her left downwards ax kick would meet some pretty slid resistance as she looked at her opponent. The battle of the two women only continued to heat up and more mixed cheers came from their little audience. But that wan't important right now. What was important was that those blocking arms had shifted over to grab at the redheads left leg now. As she felt their weight shifting to her own right side, she pulled her right leg in fully, still coated in the invisible armor as she was in the air and her torso rotated clockwise by her perspective. As her body rotated and went down she would force out both palms once she faced the ground, suddenly stopped the slam and at the same time her right leg snapped out straight and directly into her assailant's skull to break her grip and knock her away abut ten feet or so. If successful, Meiling would bend and push off with her arms to get to her feet and spin about to resume her Tiger Stance, right root and hand forwards.

Summary
Meiling pulled in her right leg, still coated in Buso, and allowed herself to drop down at first. She then used her hands to slam into the ground to stop the movement and kicked out with her right leg to Michelle's head at the same time for [200] points of damage to knock her off and away before getting up and returning to her chosen stance.

-------- She's a better fighter...No she's good...Dammit she's better Michelle's mind knew this but Michelle could not be reached. Every move was a push, every strike an advancement. She had to get in! She had to strike, or fight! Just because she had caught her didn't mean she had won, no matter how cool it looked. She thought she had her, but the woman slammed her hands on the ground, kicking back into Michelle's face. There was a moment reaction, Michelle being kicked back. Even still, her buso had defended her and she took a moment to breathe. She was at her last moment of spiritual awareness, her essence fading. It didn't change from her mindset, but if she ran out, she couldn't fight this girl head on. She rose, staring at the red-haired woman. "Are you a marine?" Michelle asked with a glare, her body moving back to her fighting stance, left foot forward, hands to fists to cover her chest. She needed her answer for her next move.

Having managed to get her hit in, Meiling had created some space as they could both return to proper stances now. She exhaled long and slowly, controlling her breathing again as she was back in her stance. With this, she'd be able to advance with every strike until she had sufficiently knocked her opponent out or back to a reasoning state of mind. She figured the kick to the chest wouldn't work as well again so she'd have to go for a more solid claw strike first and put her foe on the defensive. From there she'd be bale to force her off balance and knock her down or even pin her in place to try and talk to her. Though as her mind rapidly went over her plan of attack, ready to move, the woman spoke first. "A Marine...?" She blinked, looking at the girl a tad confused and not even sure how that assumption had ever been made. After all Marines wore uniforms that told everyone who they were according to Meiling's knowledge. "No I'm not a member of the Navy at all. Why does it matter? Is that why you attacked me?"

-------- She's not a marine, she's an innocent. Michelle thought to herself, watching the red head. This was fine, this was something she could deal with except...She could be lying. That's how they rope you in. Next you'll end up with a blade in your chest She thought as she watched the woman. She seemed sincere, mostly scared about being attacked. Wouldn't anyone be scared if they were attacked? A marine would've called in reinforcements, would they not? They aren't even looking for me, it's just merc's who want money... She thought, trying to become more rational. She sneezed, breaking the concentration of her inner rambling. She budged, making a slight movement forward but stopped once more. Her blood boiled, her hair turning greenier by the second. "I..." She started, not wanting to be wrong, nor part of the problem. She sneezed, more spores leaving her body. "The Navy, the Marines, all of them...They are wrong, and you best learn that soon enough" She stated, pointing her fingers at the girl. Michelle's fingers turned to the outline of a gun, and she shot. "Because if you don't know your place, they'll put you in one". Michelle stated boldly.
-------- Oddly, that would gain a reaction from the crowd. Some people cheered for this, understanding the hurt and pain that could come from the marines not doing their jobs. Others stayed quiet, reading the room. Michelle stepped back, her hair a full lime color now. "I concede and apologize for my mistake" MIchelle's right eye twitching. With that, she turned, heading back to her body guard. Unless the red-head had something else to say, she was free to go.

What happened after the reveal seemed to be a mixture of emotions from this strange woman before her. Meiling watched, maintaining her stance as the girl soon exhibited some odd traits, like sneezing out this weird powder before her hair began to shift colors as well. Not to mention the speech against the Marines that even had some support from the people watching their fight. As someone who wasn't fully aware that they could be dicks, Meiling was a bit confused by this but also relieved by the admission of guilt and apology. Slowly lowering her guard, she took a step closer to the woman and bowed politely to her. "I'm not really sure what happened to you before to make you so upset about the Marines...but I accept your apology and surrender." She rose up and smiled now rather cheerfully. "My name is Meiling by the way, may I know yours?"

-------- "Michelle" The only words that would come from her mouth. She had not wanted to answer, nor did she care for the thought process of the girl now known as Meiling. Honestly, even though she would consider this a loss, or maybe a weird tie, Meiling was in her way. If the girl didn't understand that the marines could be a problem, then she was in Michelle's way. She walked, tapping her bodyguard on his sleeping head as she made her way out. They had places to go and things to do. She had a new objective on her hands now.

Pein Asunder

ⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠⅠ

Pein Asunder, a man changed by the very War Breed formula he had exposed himself to, has now come out of hiding, revealing himself at the Ocean’s Navel. There is a rich village here, as well as a graveyard full of ships. He remained within the graveyard of ships, making them his temporary home until the serum’s effects were in order. He couldn’t combat the War Breed in his previous state.

Though, he would make his way to the village near the Navel, desiring something other than the food that he had been eating over the past year. He had some money left over from the previous year that he would be able to spend on such things. As he was walking, he would remember his acquaintance, Ashlynn. It would only seem like such a short time ago that she was calling him his bodyguard. They also lead an assault on a base, fighting some sort of rat devil-fruit user.

Pein would come back to reality, finally arriving at the village. He would go to a street store, selling all sorts of cooked sea-dwellers. Pein would point his finger to one of the large grilled octopus tentacles, and say, “That one there. How much are you selling it for?” The store keep would respond, “It seems pretty weird for you to be eating fish, aye fishman?” Pein would reflect a minute and almost note that he was actually human. Though, he would be cut off immediately by his own running thoughts that he didn’t even appear to be human anymore.

He would grab some beli, giving it to the man in exchange for the beli. In an effort to explore some of the island, he would begin walking and take a big munch out of the octopus tentacle. What intrigued him most about this island was the large gaping hole in the center of the island. He only just heard about it appearing about a year ago, and that was around the same time that the War Breed were released. By any means necessary, they had to be destroyed.

He would finally arrive to the very edge of this gigantic crater in the ground, which would seem to swallow up the water surrounding it. There was a lot of oddity surrounding this pit, as the same water that would travel into it, would also end up right back out of the hole through another stream. Something had to be wrong here… and Pein would get to the bottom of it.
He would jump into the water, finding out that his fishman genes would allow him better speed and control while in the water. He would arrive at the base of the crater, which would be seemingly dry. It was almost like a typhoon of water, surrounding something within the middle of it. Pein would take a closer look, the clouds releasing some of the sun’s light into the center of the cavity, would reveal a blue haired woman, covered in what would look like chains. The chains seemed to come out of portals of thin air, keeping her in check. She would look up, revealing a man with green skin and red hair.

Pein’s eyes would widen.

“Eramuras… What happened here?”

The woman, now known as Eramuras, would squint their eyes.

“How is it that you know of me? Explain yourself.”

Pein would clench his fists, Eramuras, it is time for you to come home. You have committed some heinous acts over the last year, and I take sole responsibility for that.

Eramuras would grin lightly while a shadow would cast over her eyes.

“So, you’ve finally shown your face ever since we last met, have you?! This is great, I get to release myself from these chains, and kill you all in the same day! I will finally be free!”

Eramuras’ rage would allow her to break from the chains. Pein would answer one final question, “Why were you down here to begin with?” Eramuras would begin to protrude her claws and saw, “You’re wretched wife is the reason I am down here. Her power is far beyond anything I’ve ever seen before. Now, enough chatting.” With that said, Eramuras would dash forward, and uppercut Pein out of the crater, in which he would be sent flying through the air. She would leap to meet his position in the air and kick him through a building in the Ocean’s Navel village. Eramuras would begin a maniacal laughter, and say, “HAHAHAHAHA, how does it feel Doctor, to finally feel the pain you’ve put us through?!”

Pein would throw the rubble of the broken building off of him and spit out some blood from his mouth.

“Seems your prowess doesn’t disappoint Era.”

Standing to his feet, Pein and Eramuras would now be within the center of the village facing off to one another. Pein would rush forward, throwing a barrage of punches towards Eramuras, striking her in the stomach and chin. He would then grab her by her left leg, and he would throw her into a building, causing the building to topple on top of her.

A large burst would appear, throwing the rubble in different directions. Pein would put his arm over his face as to not damage his eyes. Eramuras would stand atop the rubble, with twisted blue aethereal chains beginning to become visible around her wrists and ankles.

“You’ve gone and done it now Pein. Now, you and this village will be destroyed!”

Eramuras’s built up anger would manifest her anti-devil final form. What this form particularly does, has yet to be seen.

The battle would continue between Eremuras and Pein, and Eramuras would stand atop the rubble which she destroyed.

“I hope you realize that I am not going to let you live Doctor. You’re the reason I am no longer free… You’re the reason I am no longer Hannah Muras!”

“Hannah Muras, I can’t express how deeply apologetic I am for altering your life. You…” Before Pein could even finish his statement, Eramuras would swing her chain with a struggle, dragging the very space itself that it was attached to, turning it into a weapon. It would swing at Pein from his right side and would feel like a tank would him. All he saw was a chain, but it would feel as if a gigantic boulder hit him. This attack collapsed him into a building nearby and Eramuras would drag the chain back to her, with the displaced space returning back to its normal state.

“You have no right to call me by my name! You took that life away from me, and now I will take everything away from you!”

Pein, now starting to become irritated, would pick up a large chunk of rubble, and throw it out of the smoke. Being in her final form, Eramuras’ strength is increased, allowing her to punch the door and destroy it with ease. She would still stand in the same place, throwing her chains again and again. Pein, knowing that they would now hit like buildings, would start to block the attacks. His fault was in having a lot of strength and endurance, but not having a lot of speed, so he wouldn’t be able to get out of the range of the skill before it hit. He would instead opt to block the attacks instead.

Pein would grab the invisible space with his hands, and he himself couldn’t even move it; however, Eramuras would drag it back. Pein was still holding on, knowing that from her multiple times of throwing it, that she had to drag it back. He used that opportunity to allow her to bring him in, and he would launch a punch straight to her face, attempting to send her flying back. To Pein’s surprise, Eramuras didn’t go anywhere. Her chains were anchoring her in place.
“Hm, your little trick didn’t work as well as you thought. I am anchored in place, thus allowing me to fight with yo-“
Pein would partially hear those words, seeing that she could now she couldn’t move on her own accord, and if she attempted to, she would be held in place to a degree. He took this opportunity and began to throw a flurry of punches at her mid-section. This was finished it with a great punch to the face. Eremuras would stand there for a moment, herb body hanging like a lifeless mannequin. Pein reeled his fist back for one final punch but was interrupted by a gigantic hammer being smashed into his left side with blinding speed, sending him flying into a building, causing it to collapse on him.

“Hannah darling, you know its taken me quite some time to find you. Thanks to Pein here, we can bring you home.”

Eramuras’ chains would dissipate and she would fall to the ground, being caught by the The mysterious woman with the hammer would grab Eramuras, and throw her over her shoulder.

“We can’t have you fie yet Hannah. You’re purpose is far greater to the group than you think. Plus, we have plans to destroy Pein in ways… much more devastating than you think.”

With that, the mysterious woman would leap away with her hammer in hand. Pein would the rubble off him and stand to his feet. Lucky for him, he has quite the defense. The town around was pretty banged up. Though, he would take the time to look through the rubble finding beli throughout the area.

“Dammit she got away, and who was that who picked her up? Was that another one of the War Breed?”, Pein would think as he would travel to his ship. He knew he was branded a pirate a long while ago, and now it was time for him to unveil himself. Pein would walk over to the dock, ready and willing to do whatever it would take to take out the War Breed. Since the World Government would be attempting to do away with him, he would beat them to the punch. It is time, for Pein’s story to begin.

_____________________________________________________________

Having not made an appearance in over a year now, the traveling magic user of unknown origins would walk along the streets, his enchanted cloak billowing in the wind behind him as he walked and attracted many an eye. He simply hummed to himself as he pulled out his spellbook, jotting down a few notes in some strange runic language for later use as some people started whispering about the weird man in blue. He was quite used to such behaviors of course as he understood full well that it wasn't everyday that people got to see a real magic user in person after all. He even did this charming grin and slight hair flip thing that would have been a bit more attractive if he hadn't been so out of left field and totally strange to the people here. But as he walked around, the town, he would reach into his large bag and start to hang up large signs that had a picture of himself with a big tittle of 'Come and see the one and only, Geno The Magnificent perform live and in person in the town square!'. He'd keep walking on to hang more fliers as people would flock to read the time and date listed on his fliers. Many confused stares followed he and his posters but it was fine. They would all understand soon enough and in good time as he finished putting up his calling cards.

Once evening had started to come around, Geno himself had already gathered a small and growing crowed about himself, which was to be expected. "Welcome one and all, I shall be your host this evening, Geno The Magnificent~!" He bowed graciously, though there wasn't too much enthusiasm behind the initial applause. They clearly had no idea who he was just yet. He'd have to correct this. He smiled, his limp cape against him seemingly flat and empty before he flourishes it open and about a dozen pigeons start fluttering out of it above the crowd, suddenly getting some more impressed reactions, especially the children. He smirked a bit, bowing a bit as he'd pull out some small light bulbs, having them light up as he held them, even letting other people inspect them as he started to juggle the bulbs, having them light up anew each time he touched them before tossing them up higher and then launching up a small blue orb at each, which made the bulbs explode is a sparkling icy blast, getting a much more vibrant applause this time as he takes another bow and slight grin.

He then began to display all manner of 'illusions' and sleight of hand feats for his viewers, capturing their awe time and again as he performed what seemed like a fairly decent magic show. to the casual onlooker. Geno himself had fun entertaining the masses before he clapped out and smoke started to fill the area, a light fog mixed with the darkness as he smiled and then shot great jets of flame up into the air with a soft laugh, lighting up the area as people continued to marvel at his powers. He chuckled softly as his voice seemed to echo about as he spoke aloud again. "Ladies, gentle, everyone in between and otherwise~ You have all been such a wonderful audience to me this fine evening, but our time together has been drawing closer and closer to the finale~" He waited as some people complained, or disagreed with this decision, as he raised his hands up to speak again. As he continued, though, some people started to feel a bit dizzy. "Now now, I have a journey that I must finish so I may only spend so much time with you today~" His speech continued as people started wobbling in place. "But I shall fondly remember my time here today with all of you, and I thank each and every one of you for your praise and your contributions towards my research~" He smiled, grinning as people had all started to collapse around the town square, passing out as a side effect of the 'fog' he had created around them all. Standing upright after one final bow, he smirked, taking him sweet time to loot each and every body of their beli before making his way back to his temporary vessel. He had taken everything he had needed here to continue his magical research and so he left, on to the next location of his grand journey to find the ancient, forbidden magic, Ultima.

Continuing into the heart of Ocean's Naval, Thaddeus would do his usual routine, in his usual way. He would go about meeting and rubbing shoulders with some of the most feared and dangerous people in the area. Understanding exactly who could be of use to him as a friend. Gangsters, robbers, murderers, and all manner of foul delinquents roamed around the port city. Far more then the average marine would give the city credit for. Thaddeus being an ex 70 million dollar man had generated enough of a reputation to be granted access into some of the more infamous hangouts around the city. It all love and no war, Thaddeus went about offering beli and favors, in return for support in later affairs, after being imprisoned so many times, The ginger mastermind had a lot of time to think, and he knew that first it takes money to make money, then second, it takes money to be a pirate. Most of these rookies jump head first into the game not knowing which was was up or down, clueless to the marines and other bounty hunters after them. The one eyed man found it amusing to watch some of the younger pirates play themselves right into a trap, one by one like lemmings running off a cliff to their doom. Seated in some shady smoking room, in a run down part of Ocean's Naval Thaddeus would begin rubbing shoulders with some of the fishermen and sailors whom ran businesses around the port.

He'd organize a sit down, or he would attempt too, featuring live entertainment, food and drink. Everything that a man could want. However Thaddeus had to find the means in order to do so. Beli wasn't a problem for him Thaddeus already had well over a million beli, he first needed to find a venue for his party, a joint with some real class to it. Walking along the portside of the dock, the one eye'd man would examine several buildings along the pier of Ocean's Naval. Spotting a beaten old factory house, Thaddeus immediately knew it was the one. Large enough to fit a couple of boats, so surely it would suit his needs. Approaching the thick wooden double doors that slide open, he would hear some commotion coming from inside. So It seemed that there was something going on inside of the warehouse rather interesting. Poking his head inside of the doorway Thaddeus curiously gazed with the only good eye he had left and examined the space before him. A dark lightly illuminated room with 30 or 40 so sailors all screaming and hollering in a circle. Interested Thaddeus predicted it would have been some sort of illegal gambling ring. Trying to get a better look at the action, he was pulled inside of the room forcefully. A massive 20 or so foot tall man yoked the skinny eye patch man up by his collar. nearly stretching out his last good shirt. Scowling the grim looking man would pull Thaddeus up getting a face to face moment with him. Much to both of their disapproval.

With his hand firmly on his pistol, Thaddeus didn't want to have to shoot this big brute right in his face, but he wouldn't leave him much choice. "Hey listen mate, I'm not a ******** ragdoll." Thaddeus would mutter, angerly staring at the man. "Who is you?!" The man would ask his voice loud and overbearing. That's when Thaddeus under stood the situation. Holding up a 1,000 dollar bill, The foul mouthed shootist would crack a shaky smirk. Placing the dollar, inside the shirt of the giant man, that would do the trick, making the bouncer release his grip of him. "Good boy." Thaddeus would say, unwrinkling his shirt. With his newfound entry into the gambling den, Thaddeus would move through the crowd, getting a look at the bloody festivities below. A full contact fight club. Smirking Thaddeus felt a little dumb wanting the throw a party in this busted up joint. Watching a muscular sailor, prepare for his match, he'd watch as the corner men yelled all sorts of strategies, while the fighter got his hands wrapped. In the other corner An even more muscular brute. His face covered in scars. "That's him!" One man would shout watching the scarred man emerged from his corner. "That's the club champion Scarface Vivik!" Taking notice, Thaddeus examined the man, yeah he seemed like a tough guy... but tough didn't win a fight alone. As the opening ceremonies commenced and betting was beginning, Thaddeus bet 50,000 beli on the Muscular contender, something old him it was an out with the old, in with the new kinda day today. Taking a cigar out from his pocket, Thaddeus would bring it to his lips, pressing it down with his teeth. The thick clouds of smoking being blown out by the patrons of the fight club made it a little hard to breathe and also hard to see the action. With the bell ringing both men would emerge from their corners swinging!

A straight right, thrown by the contender would be met with the champion's iron defense. He didn't have all those scars on his body for no reason. Countering off his block he would aim low with a hook to the body. Only to be blocked just in the nick of time by the contender's elbow. Both fighters looking good right now they would continue dancing around each other. "Throw an uppercut!", "Bob and Weave!", "Throw some combinations! Combinations!" Men from all sides would shout, each man betting on the fight. While all this gambling was fun and all Thaddeus had bigger plans in mind. Positioning himself near the collection office Thaddeus would hear the names of the men whom placed the highest bets on the matches. It was a clear indicator about who was the biggest big wig around this lively bunch of gents. Finding this gambling den made his life much easier, while he still didn't have anywhere to throw his party. Inviting some of his clients to come and see a fight wouldn't hurt either. In fact it would be beneficial for him as well as the fight club owner. Perhaps they should have a little chat after the match was over. Watching the bloodshed continue, It seemed as though the contender began sawing the match in his favor, Swinging low The muscular contender would deliver a solid hook to the Champion's rib cage. In the same moment he would drive forward thrusting an uppercut into the gut of the scarred fighter for a vicious 2 piece punch combinations which caused the crowd to roar violently. Was a good fight, the crowd seemed to be thinking that the match could go either way, as the betting table continued to pile on the dough. However Thaddeus knew better then to think so, betting especially in establishments like this one always seemed to have a predetermined winner. Just watch who's hands went into the pot and who refrained from betting during the round. Watching the match much more dedicated and watching for any sign of fraud Thaddeus would anticipate some sort of pre planned climax.

Watching the champion tank a couple more shots, his eye's would illuminate with rage. Throwing back a ferociously wild hook, which was just outta range from the Contender. Using that same momentum, the champion would turn on his heels, sending another lower hook to the his opponents mid section. This time causing the contender to wince in pain. However if you thought that the contender didn't have anything in store you were wrong, he'd been bidding his time trying all round to get the champion this close to him. Tanking the brute force of the punch, The contender would wrap his mighty arms around the champion. Arching his back the man would forced the scared champion up and off of his feet. Releasing him in mid air, the contender would toss the maybe 200 or so pound man through the air like a ragdoll, causing him to collide with some of the sailors standing around watching the bout. And as such the crowd would respond with greater praise and cheer. They loved it, and Thaddeus could tell the contender loved the attention, perhaps here was where the flop was meant to take place. Toss the champion into the crowd, make it seem like the force from falling had hurt him much more then it actually did... It was in mid thought that our favorite scarred fighter would return to his feet, his expression fierce and grim. Sprinting back into the circle, the champion would attempt to catch the challenger mid showboating with a jump kick attack. However some of the screaming supporters had already warned the challenger of the champions incoming attack, springing to his left, The contender would avoid the kick. Countering with a thunderous overhand right would would stun the champion. Watching him wobble, the crowd would simultaneously gasp for air.

The men would clash again, with the wobbled champion clinching his opponent, holding on for dear life, however the contender was hungry and wanted to leave with the belt, unleashing a barrage of body shots the seasoned champion's knee's would buckle underneath the force of the onslaught. For the first time in his carrer Vivik's knees would touch the floor. Unfortunately for him, this was bare knuckle boxing meaning the fight wasn't over until one of these guys was completely out. With the Contender sensing victory, he would unleash one powerful hook to Vivik's head further dazing him, and knocking the once proud warrior to his rear. Not finished with him yet, the contender would drop some hammerfist bombs to the top of the scarred mans dome piece, knocking him out with some vicious ground and pound strikes. Recognized as the new champion this young sailor had made a name for himself through the underground boxing scene. He wasn't surprised, just as Thaddeus suspected the contender had walked away with the belt. It was time to collect the spoils of their endeavors. The big bosses now would smile forking in all the cash that they'd won, sending another round of fighters out quickly before anyone could have any idea what was going on. With the ginger desperado's one good eye focused on the competition the new fighters they'd bring out were much to Thaddeus' surprise were not men, but animals. Finding it a bit of a twist, Thaddeus enjoyed the variety of gambling amusement the patrons had at their disposal, with live music and beautiful ring girls Thaddeus had grown to appreciate some of the establishments Ocean's Naval had to enjoy. Upping the ante Thaddeus would place a massive sum of 1 million beli on the fight, forcing some of the patrons to take notice of him. He was a very strange man and they were naturally suspicious of him.

However Thaddeus' influence and wallet would be all the credit he heeded in order to rub shoulders with some of the bigger gamblers at the table. After a while he would propose the idea of allying themselves underneath his banner. While the idea didn't go over well a first Thaddeus would return with most of West Blue already under his control. It was only a matter of time before Thaddeus went off to control the whole of the western sea. It would be more benefital if they made an ally of Baroque Works rather then an enemy of them, by now All of west blue had heard about how Baroque Works gang took down the Assassin's guild. The rumor spread far and wide giving more clout to the gang. Smiling as always Thaddues would look over. "Would you really want to be on the bad side of a gang which just took down an entire hideout of assassins." Sparking a cigar Thaddeus would watch the number of supporters grown exponentially. Now Thaddeus was ready to march on the capital city.

[Enter from Ridus]

Having left the den of mercenaries known as Ridus Village, Lyre found herself on a quest to patrol the West Blue. And not too long after she started her trip, she already found a place that had been victim of an incident. Ocean's Naval. It was victim of a raid... Well, of a type of raid. Shortly after she arrived at the village by the coast, she heard people talk about the incident. A couple of days before, someone had been distributing fliers of a certain show that would take place in the town's square. The community was not so big but a crowd still formed at the date and hour of said show. Everyone who did not have to work at the time was able to attend to what should have been a show where one does not need to buy a ticket. On that evening, however, they were robbed of their belongings in circumstances that were... unusual, to say the least. Everyone attended to what seemed to be a normal magic show. The performance was brilliant. Magnificent actually, was the word used by most of the people Lyre managed to talk to. However, at one point, a fog appeared from nowhere. They did not know whether it was the magician's doing or not but, when they came to, they knew that the magician was nowhere to be seen. And the same happened to their money and valuables. Some, who seemed to lose consciousness after the others, said that they saw other people falling but that did not get to see the magician, resulting in the possibility of the man having nothing to do with the incident. As a member of the Marine, however, Lyre could not discard any possibility. Until the crime was solved, nothing should be disregarded because of feelings. Only evidence should have that power. Even so, there were no other leads. From what Lyre managed to gather from the people of the village, there were no other suspicious people in the village at the time. What made it harder for her was that some people insisted that the magician had not done it and instead accused some other villagers who seemed to have a bad fame from being former criminals. Even though it could be seen as harassment, the girl was forced by her sense of duty to investigate even the people who are unlikely to have done it, if there's a suspicion. Fortunately for them, but unfortunately for the village itself, they were not behind it. The main suspect being the magician who went by the name Geno, the Magnificent. His whereabouts were unknown, unfortunately.

The next thing that Lyre was able to do was to have the villagers make a list of the valuables that was stolen by the criminal. Rough estimations of the money they were carrying, being careful so that no one would claim to have more than they actually did. All that because, as the law dictates, any community affiliated with the World Government is able to request reimbursement for the things stolen from them by criminals. There is probably a set amount defined by the law in accordance to the number of inhabitants of the areas but Lyre did not know that much. All she knew was that she had to make sure that the people of the village would know that the World Government would reimburse them so they could be at ease. It was also her duty to apologize to them, for the Marine's fault in not being there in their time of need to stop the criminals. Once everyone had finished the list of things that were stolen by the criminals, Lyre made sure to gather the entire population at the town square in order to give them public apologies in the name of the Marine. Some people looked at her with disdain, not even caring that she was going that far for them, but others saw her act with kindness. They saw that Lyre was a person who cared for the populace.
"That is why, people of Ocean's Naval, be assured that I will have this matter investigated! These outlaws will not be allowed to remain in freedom while the populace suffers. You have my word that I will make it happen!" at the end of her apologies, those words seemed to cheer the villagers up to some extent. However, there was nothing more that she could do for them. That was the limit of her capabilities.
