Uberto was come up with when I had to study for a Music Lit exam... which I bombed. 14.5% to be exact...
But aside from that, I've had multiple usernames. I think the user I've been most proud of was Kvatheo. It derived from a prior username I had: Kvothe Aero. Kvothe is my favorite character from the book 'The Name of the Wind'. Btw it's pronounced 'Quo Theo". And Aero is my favorite word of all time. Hence, The Aero Initiative (another one of my accounts).
So I kind of liked the sound of Quotheo rather than Quothero... then again, my next username might as well be Kvatherbero. Pronounced "Qua their bear oh" lol.

Pwnder Kangit Pwnder koromyst During my earlier online years, I had a habit of being tightly reserved about my personal identity, keeping myself mysteriously shadowed xD So, my initial username was then "mystwyze" --- playing on the words of "mysterious" and "wise" =P
Then Digimon became a hit. I was so attached to Agumon's rookie stage, Koromon, which ended up with me changing my username to a fusion of Koromon and my old username xD Thus, "Koromyst" was born! (^O^)
It has been my username ever since. Especially when it's always available to use when signing up at various sites xP However, now I don't feel so unique as I've noticed (through Googling about myself hehehe...) that there are others out there using this name =P But yeah... most of the results were about me since I was the one using it first I think xD First dibs!!! right? A lot of usernames are a play on other usernames and or a fictional character. If I translate it, partially in Japanese it would mean Black Mist, which is kind of ominous if you think about it. Either way, your spelling/play on the combination demands a certain amount of respect. The way it sounds, the way it is spelled = awesome. Koromyst said so!!!!koromyst Exactly! xD I should have patented the name and pursued royalty rights. Lololol~ xD
...-and I didn't know it would be translated like that in Japanese. Sounds pretty awesome x3~
On a side note, I would have liked to claim the name "korotaku" as well but sadly I could only do so here in Gaia by naming my mule that way xD I think "black" in Japanese is actually kuro, not koro. But koro can mean other things in Japanese, at least according to Denshi Jisho. The meaning seems to depend on the kanji you use (not that you can use kanji in usernames, but still). yes you are right emotion_facepalm And I thought I was all cool n stuff emotion_dowant That's because Japanese is cool. cat_cool

OC character that is more or less my dream self/previous incarnations self/has very epic backstory. Her original name is in my mind somewhere this is just the name of her first incarnation after a event that caused epic destruction/creation and a permanent alteration of the multiverse and space time continuum on a spiritual and quantum level that she took a liking to and uses as a "default" along with 4 others whenever she "comes back" again.
Can't give too much away but epic backstory will make great book come spring when I finally have time to write it.
Note: as far as I know I am the only person with this username, I check all the time and it still seems that way of course nobody really want to be associated with it anyway smile Let's just say I have a slightly trollied past with this name.

xena91388 I've had my username for a long, long, long, long time. I'm fairly certain I first created it back when I had AOL dial-up. Somewhere between 2000 -2002. And I've used it everywhere. EVERYWHERE! If you ever run into a "xena91388" anywhere on the internet, It's probably me. How did I come up with it? Story time! When my dad first put internet in our house, the only e-mail address we had was the one that came with the service provider. Naturally as I explored more, I didn't want to be using that e-mail for chatting with friends and stuff because I didn't want my mom and dad all up in my business. So when I heard you could have free e-mail accounts at Hotmail, I went there straight away. I literally spent an hour straight on that website trying to come up with an e-mail name but everything I wanted was taken! Then I heard my dog Xena barking outside and on a whim put her name in and then my birthday (9/13/88.) and it went in. Then when I made my Neopets account, I wasn't feeling creative so I used the same name: Xena91388 Then when Youtube came around, I thought: "Why not?" Xena91388 Then Gaia, Allrecipes, TGWTG, XboxLIVE, etc, etc, etc... Seriously, Google my username and you'll find me everywhere. Wow..I just thought you were a fan of Xena Warrior Princess.

Tigrosharu Wow..I just thought you were a fan of Xena Warrior Princess. Well, you're not too far off. It does factor in because my dog Xena had a brother named Hercules. rofl My sister and I actually named our dogs after those tv shows because we were major fans back then. Even though I liked the show Hercules more than Xena (because Kevin Sorbo = hothothothothot), Xena was my favorite of the two dogs so she made it into my username.

Actually, my first username was my email too Lul /coincidence But I got tired of it once I got in the swing of Gaia. It took me about 5mins to come up with this one, and I like to view it as tribute to youthful ignorance I used the same username on my PSN, but was backstabbed / hacked, so I took another 5mins to come up with mexicun_rice emotion_c8 So yea, I have not much backstory to them :L

Hispanic! at the Disco was taken. The thong song was stuck in my head, and thus Panic at the Sisqo was born.

Right, What the hell is with my username? It's so long and doesn't even make any sense! Well, Turns out part of it's abbreviated too. Though there's a back story to it too. Originally, I had a male avi. It's who I was, irl and online. Then, after a bit of soul searching and sudden realizations, well, long story short I'm currently trying to get on hormones to be a woman. This is of course, getting close to 3 years after the original thought, but I diverge. Gaia was the second (the first was an MMO) where I started expressing myself as a woman. Changed my avi's gender, got new clothes, and slowly ( I didn't really express any feminine side originally) started to look a little more lady like and started to enjoy myself. Now, my username didn't really fit. Or rather, it was long, didn't make any sense, and I wanted a new one (kinda like my name, but that's another story) Anyway, when working over that summer teaching others to row, during my nights I would generally spend my time listening to music and Roleplaying. I started listening to one of my favorite game soundtracks at that time, Eternal Sonata. Specifically, Fantasie Impromptu. This song here so, I stole my name from a Chopin song, or rather, changed it a little and made it something I could use. ES= Eternal Sonata Fantasia Impromptu = Fantasie Impromptu
And that, more or less, is what the hell is with my username.

I loved both of those shows too, I mean it introduced really strong female characters in a reality/fantasy show for the first time in a very long time and the storylines and plots..oh my inner author is drooling. I love that dedication to a series, damn near best pet names ever too I should add!

XD When it comes to dedication, I actually did something better than naming my dogs. For one of my birthdays, I specifically requested we go to Universal Studios to celebrate it, just so I could visit the Hercules/Xena studio attraction! It was the most awesome part of my visit and I even got picked to puppet a giant scorpion (although I was a little put-out I didn't get picked to play a centaur). I wish my family had taken more pictures of my time there because I can't find the few we did take. sad

i just made up my name with a gangsta twist and style but i can tell you why it is the way it is S = Sureno 13 = Mexico Sureno number 13 again repeated for the sake of repeating it for a long time this acct was never uses it just sat collecting dust as it was a mule acct but recently about a year ago i got into a lot of trouble on my other main acct so i moved all my stuff over here
by the way i look lots tougher on gaia than irl and in rl i am nothing but a softy and all heart (dam i had to inherit that all heart from my bro irl) the way i look and or sound on here is sometimes the way i wish i was irl tougher looking with less heart biggrin

Um, it's from a novel I love, the main character is a member of a LBGT activist group and has a badge that says "I AM - ARE YOU?" as in, I am non-heterosexual, are you? For some reason it stuck in my head and it's the online user name I use everywhere... Friends have shorted it to "RU" or Roo, because I'm from Australia xd

I actually laughed at your story. xD PWNDer.. Simply Classic. But, if we're talking about the silliest name we used back in the old days.. the most epicFAILED I had was Pink4. Simply because I was a fun of the singer 'Pink' and my favourite number was 4. *FACEPALMS MY YOUNGER SELF*
That wasn't really my first username in this site. It's from Plush_Cookie to Cookieholic04 to CookiehoIic to Gemini Syndrome. If you've recognized the past names, I'm sorry! I created a mess with a few people (Probably made an enemy or two) and it was the reason why I thought to move on and start a new with my current name.
Notice the cookies? Yeah, I had- Wait, still have one hell of an addiction to cookiesASDFGHJKL. Gemini Syndrome is just a name I got from a character song in one of the animes I've watched. I thought about how I can relate to it a lot. As a real Gemini and also a person who seems to have duality in personality, I thought it suited me. TADAH!
