I think I'm half recuriting some friends with it.
And one's a guy! I was so pelased with myself. Thank you Yami No Matsuei. xDDDDD
My brother knows... and a good portion of my friends know, at least to an extent. Really only two friends know, the two I'm recruiting, know how much I like it. And my brother, who's a shoujo ai and a yuri fan. We just call eachother perverts, and once in a while we'll browse shoujo ai.com together. @w@ My sister is so-so aware, I suspect. She likes some shonen ai mangas I get and stuff. @w@
My parents dunno. I'm the youngest in the family, so if they have any suspcions, they probably try to delude it. I walk around with my Gravi shirt, and my mom thought Shu was a girl. My dad too. xDDDD I wouldn't want my mom to know... she was a f** hag, so she could either react one way, or a whole other way. o-o; And I don't want either ways. My dad will never find out. I just know that from instinct. I would have to right out like, show him the cover to wild rock for him to find out. xDDDD My step dad wouldn't care... or would make fun of me a lot. Either is fine. @www@;;
Mostly, I want my friends to either accept it or be into is (the more the better), and for my parents to not care. 3nodding

My parents cannot stand yaoi. I have my entire wall covered in yaoi pictures and all they do is b***h and moan about "Take it down." Honestly, I don't care anymore.

I refuse to tell my parents.. for the fact that, I tried to watch gravi with them in the room and when my mom figured out it was TWO MEN kissing she started to laugh and my dad cracked up too.

My parents don't care. I talk about it all the time and my says something like "I love you, but, you know you're a freak, right?" Then later if I'm reading an online comic that's yaoi, she reads it over my shoulder and starts asking me questions about the plot. Later on she'll ask me what has recently happened in it.

My mom not my dad (thank gosh he doesn't know) knows that I like to read yaoi/shounen ai and she even knows that I like gay guys ( not in a relationship type way just that I think they are soooo kawaii! Cute cute cute!). ( she doesn't know I watched that video on a different post and that was the deciding point for me if I like to watch real guys making out ext. ) She thinks it's disgusting but as long as she doesn't know the books I buy are yaoi/shounen ai she will still take me to buy them. I just wish she would accept it and move on. but hey 'If wishes were horses beggers would ride' ( I love that saying)

well, my family is christian, (well so am I but I've got that figured out.) so I doubt they would react too well. They do know that I'm straight without a doubt, so that's one thing in my favor. I think if they found out, they might learn to deal with the shounen-ai, but Yaoi......ha! forget it. I actually wonder if my Mom or Dad would freak out more. I try to drop subtle hints when they're around, Trying to make it less of a surprise, in case they do find out, but well....Id rather they didn't. sweatdrop

My dad does not like the fact that I watch and read books on yaoi and ever since I hide the fact that I read and watch yaoi. I don't know my mothers views on the subject and I have no intention of telling or asking her.

My Mum sort of knows, ever since my little sister picked up a volume of Gravitation that I'd actually left downstairs, and then shouted out exactly what was happening in it. (It was the part in volume 2 where Yuki visits Shuichi when he's ill, so you can guess my Mum's reaction! xd ) She's seen me watch Gravitation and she's okay with it, although she won't watch it herself and she doesn't know the full extent of shonen-ai that I read. My Dad doesn't know, and I doubt I'll let him know in case he gets angry about it, but he has seen me read Boy Meets Boy, and his face when he saw the cover was classic! lol
As for my sisters, they know, but only one even comes close to knowing the full extent of my fangirlship, and she's into the Gravitation anime although she doesn't like any other BL (she's very closed minded when it comes to trying new things, and will often label something as rubbish without even knowing anything about it). My other sister knows about Gravitation too, although at first she thought that Shuichi was really a girl, and thought that Yuki was saying both their lines and had multiple personalities. rolleyes razz

I only stay with my mother and she personally finds malexmale relationships disgusting so I could just imagine her reaction if I told her I like shonen-ai. She says she doesn't like it because of "religious reasons" which is cool, but if she does find out I like shonen-ai, I'm not going to stop reading manga or watching anime because of her.

Me? Admit it out loud to my mom? HAH! That's a laugh. Allow me to demonstrate. (Sorry Narki, I took your words)
Me: *drooling over a new Gravitation background* Mom: Is that a girl? *points to Shuichi* Me: *sweating* Why, of course it is mother. Her name is Yuki. *points to real Yuki* And this is Shuichi. Mom: They make a nice couple.
Next Day
Shuichi on TV: Yuukiiiii!! I'm HOOMMMEE! Me: *making a mental will since I'm about to meet a painful death by pan* Mom: Girl, you say? *hand clenching around frying pan* Me: Um...? Le oopsy?
